Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati

The staff is amazing.

The price was a little high and the breakfast was not so great.

Location and outdoor space.

The king suite furniture wasn?t comfortable.

Having to pay for parking.

Tha staff and location were fabulous.

There was a wedding party there for one night and the hotel was booked solid and it was a bit noisy that night, but other than that everything was perfect.

We loved staying at the hotel. My kids enjoyed going up to the roof top bar and looking around the city. The rooms were big and spacious. Front desk receptionist were amazing and very friendly. Perfect location.

Overall the hotel was amazing, just wish they had a pool.

New clean and great location

It was hard to cool the room

Comfortable beds, very modern and clean

The fitness room offered lora of materials, the breakfast tasted fresh, and the hotel was clean.

The fire alarm in the room had a light that went off throughout the night, it was distracting.

Good location. We walked to Southgate House Revival for concerts.

Breakfast food and coffee ran out, long before breakfast was supposed to be over. Room was surprisingly small for a suite. Really don't like that you have to pay for parking and do two separate tickets.

Close to the activities

Tv wasn't hooked to Internet no tv couldn't use apps all weekend.A lot of non stayers in and out for roof top bar in elevators on bottom floar

comfort of the room

was charged an extra $50 that wasn't explained to me even when I contacted them about it

so clean, modern, had everything we needed

parking and finding the lobby/check-in was a little confusing, wish the breakfast was served until checkout time

The BEST hotel I have stayed in for several years. Very clean, convenient and staff was very friendly. I will return the next time in Cincinnati, OH!

Location and cleanliness, breakfast

Check in clerk in the evening wasn’t that friendly.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. Location was perfect.

Parking was initially difficult to navigate but staff was friendly and gave good instruction to find the garage below the building.

Nice and good quality of food offerings ! Also not too many people at the breakfast bar.

Syayed here back in May was great ! But this time things were differant !. First there seems to be something wrong with the 1st floor rooms. We could hear a man snoring on the right of our room and hear all the breafast noise on the left side of the room, Seems like no sound deading at a11. Second in the night the smell of weed was very strong ! Must be something wrong with the HVAC system ? Lastly one of the main reasons we came back was the free beer and wine taps dinning room. This time they did not work at any time.

Comfortable bed; location; great breakfast; kitchenette in room

Manager’s reception ONLY OFFERED on Wednesday night. It would be nice to have manager’s reception EVERY night. It would be nice to be able to access fountain drinks in breakfast area all day/evening. No ice machine on our floor. Very hard to locate this property, had to drive around area 3 times before we found it.

Close to venue

Beds were a little stiff but nothing you can really do about that overall was great but price for one night was a little iffy

very clean and comfortable many amenities great location

I cannot praise Homewood suites enough. Before my stay they had answered any queries I had both efficiently and professionally. On arrival the check in process was so easy and friendly and was given all the information I needed. My room was so clean and beautifully appointed. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bed was super comfy and usb charging points everywhere.Breakfast was fantastic so fresh and the guys changed out anything that had sat there too long and were so friendly suggesting places to see and best ways to get there. I didn’t hire a car as I wanted to see the city and great American ballpark and Paycor Stadium is literally across the river. Within a mile or so there is Target and Kroger for all your shopping needs. Download the Kroger app to get the weekly downloadable vouchers. An uber back from there is also only $7. I love this City and I loved my stay here and most definitely will be coming back.

Absolutely nothing to complain about
