Super 8 by Wyndham Lexington/Hamburg Area

The location was great. Right near my fiance's work.

Staff was a little overwhelmed at check-in. Didn't seem too professional. The room was smaller than expected. The price was very costly for just 2 days. I am expecting it was because of Keenland, but unsure.

My room was clean and comfortable. The front desk ladies were so friendly and helpful. The location was good.

The hotel, overall, is dated and could use some updates.

The breakfast was just fine it was Hot Coffee, Something better than nothing at all overall my stay was perfect. Staff was great just smoke outside and you will be just fine rooms very clean and nice furniture again!!!!my stay was great I would pick this hotel over all the others and the price was not too high I stayed a few days because the price for such a nice $ room was very GREAT! Staff Awesome so if you are going to Lexington Kentucky area this hotel is the Best God Bless !!!

everything was just fine for me there was nothing there to not like the staff were great and did not give me any problems . and all the rooms were all good !! would stay here anytime! Keep up the good work.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We really liked the location. The Sonny BBQ next door has amazing food at a great price. Being right off of 75 was a huge bonus for us.

The bathroom needs some minor repairs. Rug felt like there were lumps under it - but was clean! Unfortunately, the noise in the hallway was ridiculous! Kids running and screaming until after 11:00 on a Sunday night when most people are getting up and leaving early on Monday. How the night staff didn't hear it is beyond me as the desk is right near the hallway.

I liked the property was in a good location. Close to stores and restaurants.

The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Even our “smoke free” room. The website when booking says breakfast is included, after we already checked in we found out they no longer do breakfast. Wish that was made known before checking in as we’d went elsewhere.

Staff is rude, condescending and negligent. They gave my deposit money to someone other than me...the room booker, and the person whom the money belongs to. No ID was provided nor deposit receipt, they just gave it to them on their word I guess? No matter the reason, that staff member or the property owner owes me $50.00 cash. I'll take it to whomever I need to or do what I need to to get my money back.

There were a lot of police activities in the building due to a community action group housing many homeless people there for the winter. Entry doors were blocked with loitering, smokers. The back parking lot had drug activities and people living in their cars. This place is sketchy.
