The staff was friendly and helpful

No elevator, made it difficult for someone with seizures. The hotel need updates, the carpet was dirty and stained

Lady who. Checked me in, charged me several times. And now I have dealt with getting the charges returned for several days

The pool was warm and it wasn’t packed

The hotel staff was mostly nice but old lady that worked the front desk was rude and hateful started yelling at me when I was asking her questions I asked to see a supervisor and she said she she was the supervisor and threatened to kick me out

No elevator. Luckily my service dog is trained to help me up and down stairs.

Had to call hotel to find someone for checkin, demanded$100 cash deposit, I had to request receipt for cash, few unappetizing choices for breakfast, dusty, noisy,rude staff, and cash deposit was not refunded until I asked

Check out time being noon

No hot water available at sink or in shower. It's snowed approximately 3 in and the pathways outside the exit doors we're not shoveled or cleared by check out time. It is in the airport flight path.

Room wasn't clean. Cigarettes shoved into ac/heating unit. Walls dirty all over. Fridge had black mold inside. Shoe prints inside drawers and shower had dirty still on walls and floor hadn't been cleaned at all.

I will not choose this hotel for another stay

Customer service was not good, the hotel itself and the room was nothing like the pictures. Bathroom walls were gross, hdmi on the TV was intentionally crimped so I could not hook up my DVD player. Channels on the TV was not programmed, I asked for

They charged me a hundred dollar security deposit when I checked in and told me I would get it back when I checked out. I left the hotel Sunday. This is wednesday.I still don't have my hundred dollars

It was pricey, and not very clean, there were breadcrumbs in the room from previous tenants and hair in the bath tub

Friendly reception and clean room.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. No coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was very minimal.

Remodeling hotel, construction workers and equipment everywhere and blocking hallways.

The staff was not friendly, hotel smelled of mildew, pool was griddy, no towels out at the pool, they advertised breakfast to start at 7am, at 7:25am everything was gone except 2 tiny muffins. Horrible experience.

Very dirty! Staff never said hi unless we said it first. Breakfast was just carbs. They should also offer eggs, and maybe sausage and/or bacon. I picked a hotel only on location & free breakfast, and I only ate once because I didn't want waffles & cereal.

Excellent location. Just off the interstate and very close to a Waffle House. Shower heads, mattress, cleanliness was good.

The main reasons I booked this hotel was location and (supposedly) having adjoining rooms. Told by 2 separate staff that they had adjoining rooms. Upon arriving, advised they have no adjoining rooms and never have. Being lied to to make a sale is awful..

Nothing but the location.

Tons of roaches. Couldn't sleep. Couldn't relax. They would literally crawl on us.

It's located in a safe area of the interstate. The room was basic with working internet services.

The hallway has a strange odor, carpeting was dirty and the sink in my room was clogged up. Hotel lobby had no Christmas decorations inside or outside.

Location price was excellent

Front desk agent was not knowledgeable of the area or hotel property. He was not personable. He needs to be educated on his property and features of the hotel.
