Pros +
- Breakfast had lots of options, and the check-in and check-out processes were super easy. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. There's tons of free parking, and it's close to the interstate and lots of restaurants.
- The staff was sweet and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. It far exceeded our expectations.
- Nothing. It was filthy.
Cons -
- This place really needs a deep clean--the carpets need to be shampooed, the walls need some paint, etc. They seem to do an excellent job of the day-to-day cleaning, but there are stains everywhere.
- Room was not very clean. I found dog hair on towels and linens. There was also hair (human) on the bathroom floor. The sofa beds was worn out and needs to be replaced. Bed linens need to be thrown out and replaced. Too many bodies and washings.
- Found a cricket and a roach in our 1st floor room, but our room was near the exit to the outside. The breakfast wasn¿t great.
