Pool had algae growing in it, the shower curtain was falling apart and the shower needed mold armour

Black mold in showe .have no clean what was on toilet seat .old nasty chair that should be in the trash .burn holes on covers .Will not return

The cleaning staff left food in the fridge from the previous room occupant. The management just put out a bowl for room cards the morning of checkout so I couldn't tell them

It was a nice clean room.

I was required to give them a $100 dollar cash deposit before I could check in. I was sent to the gas station across the street to get cash. I was unable to do that, came up with $80 so they let me stay. Your policy no refund or would have left

Our bathroom sink was clogged. We had to use the shower for hand washing and teeth brushing.

If had known that the pool had been closed for a long time I would not have booked and the fridge didn't work in one of the rooms and when we came back in the evening the keys to the room had quit working

The bed was comfortable.

Outdated. When you entered it was very unwelcome. There was never anyone at the desk. Just a sign that said they were helping another guest but he was in a room just off the office.

Needs a complete overhaul. No outlets for plugging in devices. Shower curtain rod fell down. Heavy marijuana smell in halls. Smoke smell in room. What a DUMP!

Everything! Bed and pillows were terrible! Burn holes in the sheets! DUMP!

Nice clean room,

Disappointed with the breakfast, out of syrup, waffle batter, very limited on the choice of juices. Won't stay here again.

air conditioner had to be turned off because it smelled. unplugged the mini fridge because it was making a loud humming noise and there was no TV channels available, nothing worked.

Staff was nice. Hotel looked like it was being cleaned regularly, mattress had a protective cover

Bed was horribly uncomfortable. You can feel the springs through the mattress cover and they are painful. Room and hotel smelled like stale smoke

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great.

Room was kinda dirty... ran out of toilet paper, and bathroom door was noticeably dirty. You could see dirty hand prints.

there was no staff. they never answered the phone, could not get a receipt when leaving because there was no clerk to be found by any customer. their was no toliet paper in room had to use kleenex because we could not find any staff.

Absolutely disgusting. Doesn't belong on in your network. Doesn't meet covid 19 precautionary procedures. Pets and smoking odor VERY strong. Burns in comforters, staff unwilling to fix any issues. I DESERVE A full REFUND.

It was conveniently located near the turnpike. There were several locations to eat as well as local stores near by.

It was suppose to have a hot tub and didn't. The room had no couch or even chair. The hotel could use a major update..

Trouble with reservation and price. To high for such a run down out dated building and less than normal breakfast.
