Homewood Suites by Hilton @ The Waterfront

Excellent location and the suite was fantastic! The service was the finest from check in to check out! I have to give a shout out to the front desk host! She made our stay exceptionally special by sending up a special guest bag for our Anniversary!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff

All of the extra added bonuses. Boardgames, coloring pages, golfing, basketball, walking areas. Breakfast was also wonderful.

The hotel was very clean and staff super friendly. We loved the outdoor space in the back.

The pool/spa area was so hot we decided it would be uncomfortable to enjoy the spa and we had hoped to.

Nice clean hotel, excellent staff, location pretty far to the east of town but plenty of restaurants, etc nearby

Good location, spacious room, super clean

Air conditioner tended to blow very cold for a few minutes before shutting off;

Cleanliness and friendly staff. Good breakfast also.

Mattress could have been more comfy.

One of the best hotel experiences for our family. If traveling with kids, suites are the only way to go and the Homewood Suites make it a great experience. The the evening socials are 100% what would bring us back - it sets them apart from other hotels.

The pool was colder than we would¿ve expected considering it was indoors. The kids still loved it, though.

Very large and clean room. Very comfortable bedding. Great location. Wonderful hot breakfast

No complaints

The size of the room, and amenities outside ( the putting green, the basketball court, the sitting areas )

The breakfast wasn¿t the best. Some of the food tasted stale.

The staff was very polite, everyone said Good Morning and at breakfast everything was clean and neat. The cooks were especially attentive. I felt right at home. The hotel is clean and I love the back of the hotel there are beautiful trees and the water

Room was very nice; view from our room to backyard was beautiful especially at night; and the location was great!

NA

The stocked kitchen and free breakfast.

The ad said it was a lake view and should have been listed aspartial lake view.

Immaculate, quiet, bonus view of a lake with a walking path,. Reasonably priced.

Note they are remodeling the entrance, so the approach to the hotel, parking and the lobby are compromised. It’s a minor inconvenience.

Awesome, awesome suite. We loved our experience. I even checked in a little early and they made no fuss. Well furnished and just a great room overall. Staff was very helpful and its hard to beat the location.

Wish the jacuzzi tub would have been a little bigger, but I'm 6-7 so that's not necessarily a complaint.

The staff was extremely friendly, the grounds were beautiful. The amenities were perfect and over all my family had a wonderful experience.

Comfortable bed. Clean. Nicely decorated.

Great room...breakfast buffet was outstanding...every single employee was super friendly
