Location, and very clean and safe

Gave us a room with one bed when we reserved 2 bed room. Staff was rude, they are condescending and the manager is twice as rude. They do what they want and they couldnt care less about their customers.

If you got a deal or discount on your room they really treat you like trash. Never again will I stay here

They had 4 pillows on the bed.

The staff was not welcoming, they gave us a room for 3 adults which only had 1 queen bed, no other sleeping place, they did give another room eventually. We tried calling to let them know we would be there after 9 but got hung up on 3 times. Nothing good

The price, location and breakfast was excellent. The attendant at breakfast was so attentive and friendly.

The pool was closed for maintenance. I would have chosen another hotel if I knew about this.

King Suite was spacious and had a kitchenette--including microwave. Convenient location--right off the highway. Bed was comfortable. Free wi-fi internet. Friendly breakfast staff.

The pool was closed, but we were aware of that prior to booking. Room was older and in need of a refresh. Breakfast lacking healthier options. Including oatmeal which wasn't even hot--just oats floating in warm water. Staff unaware if potatoes had dairy.

Nice breakfast. Room was large and clean. Good location for what we needed.

It was a surprise to find out the pool was out of order. Wish there had been a notice on booking. Also a surprise: you have to ask for room cleaning / fresh towels. These services only offered automatically once a week or so.

The location was perfect! Close to shopping and restaurants.

I didn¿t like the fact that the pool was closed! They should have updated that on their website! I wanted to book another room and take my grandkids swimming.

Bed was super comfy! Room was quiet no highway noise or hall noise.

Not very many good things to say¿ I have stayed at better motel 6 before. The staff were nice and the location was good.

The worst beds you will ever sleep on. There are no fridges and microwaves in the rooms. Stains on all of the curtains and floor. There was only a walk in shower and no bathtub.

yes, hook in bathroom was not put in correctly. Once trying to remove gown, it fell down and it could not be put back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet. I spent four nights there, never heard any noise during the night.

I am 5¿ 4.¿ I had to stand on my tiptoes to wash my face at the bathroom sink. I know hotels are making everything taller but could you provide us shorter people with a small stool to stand on at the sink? No dark roast coffee. Major disappointment!

The friendly people and the quiet, clean room slept great

When it rained there was a terrible leak at the window that dripped really hard and made it impossible to sleep. I¿ve never seen a window leak that bad.

Not great AC, super hard bed, unhelpful staff and downright negligent in a critical situation.
