- Issues with a faulty remote control in the room. Manager said she was going to adjust our rate because there were no other rooms, TV's or remotes for us to use, but then she didn't adjust it at all... and did not leave word with the morning staff.
- Our room had a broken AC unit that just ran on him the whole night. So it was really cold.
