- There was some type of deodorizer or scented product used in the room that smelled like perfume. There should be no scents at all for the many guests you have with lung health issues.
- Pool area was gross, water was freezing. Broken glass and hair around pool, daughter cut her foot on the pool ladder. Hair in bathroom, and stuck to shower curtain
