We had dinner in the Bar- I spilled my glass, the girl cleaned the floor, but the table was left wet, I did not receive dry napkin nor was I asked if I wanted a new drink. We were ignored.

Bed was comfortable

Undergoing renovations but issues we had: Toilet ran continuously, there was a bucket under the bathroom sink catching leak. Towels were stored on the back of the toilet due to leak. Entry light in room flashed all evening had to cover with towel.

Our check-in time was pushed back to 5pm, which was unacceptable & put a huge snag in our plans. There was no discount, drink or food coupons, nothing offered for this inconvenience. The room was already triple what it normally costs. Also, no hot water.

The location was its only redeeming quality.

Unfriendly staff, didn?t get to check in ?til almost 3 hours after the scheduled check-in time, room was rundown, dirty, and had a window that looked into a junky laundry room full of towels and boxes.

This is the only hotel in Manhattan that does not require a 2 night stay on game weekends. This was especially helpful since it was a Friday night game.

We were told check-in was at 3:00. We were there at 3:00 but couldn't check in as the visiting team was late vacating the room. Might consider a later published check-in time on game days. It wasted a lot of our time.

Horribly humid because of the swimming pool being the central focal point of the hotel, right in the middle of the hotel, completely open to the whole building. The sounds of screams and splashing in the water can be heard throughout the whole hotel.

Location only

The door to the fitness room was extremely hard to open. I was only able to open it once during a four day stay. The front desk folks were no help at all. Some equipment was out of order. No disinfectant wipes in either of the dispersers.

Shower door allowed shower spray to hit bathroom floor. No adequate gasket to seal door

Do to family issues we had to check in early and The staff worked very well getting us checked in.

We were disappointed that there was no complementary breakfast.

Bartender and location

old. rude front desk. not a four star hotel it is a 3 star hotel.

Water dripping due to condensation on windows seal and mildew due to that. Mustie smel when air system not running

The staff was great. They always ask if I needed anything including both the front desk and cleaning staff. The hotel as very clean. The bath room was above expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was larger than a standard room.

I could nor can find anything negative about the property.

It was roaches in my room. I could not stay. They over charged my card for incidentals which is supposed to be just a hold and haven't refunded my card.

The front desk workers were as helpful as they could be, given the situation.

When we went to check in at 10pm, I was told our room was still being cleaned. When I asked to switch rooms, they had none available. When I asked for a refund, they refused. This was a gameday weekend, they were severely overbooked, and no manager onsite

I booked a king bed but none were available.

Room smelled like mildew. Curtains were stationary and could be closed to block out the lights.

Spacious atrium and lobby seating. Retro feel.

Loud air conditioning. Slight disrepair on vent covers, broken hot tub.

The price was reasonable.

The location is not near anything. It is an outdated hotel and we had random people knocking on our door during the trip. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Location. Ease of access

Old. Run down. Parking lot is in poor condition. Building needs renovation. Much wear on the entrance, and elevators are old. Front desk African American woman was very unfriendly, rude to me, but other reception member was very helpful and polite.

Nice room and location.

No breakfast. The lady who checked us in was great but she was working alone. We probably waited 15 minutes in line to check in. It wasn't her fault, but the hotel needs to staff more at check in.
