24 hour hot tub and pool, nice breakfast and lovely night craft

The breakfast and the beds were comfy.

There was a bandaid on the chair and flies everywhere.

I loved that the pool/spa and exercise room were open 24 hours a day. Very convenient.

I would have appreciated more breakfast options. Possibly gluten free breads/bagels. The same breakfast options were served every day.

The room is just very dated. The bed was uncomfortable. Everything was extremely noisy and our toddler had a very difficult time sleeping.

Staff. Extremely poor attitude. I booked a room w/ pets. When I checked in none were available. Usual charge $20/dog increased to $50/dog. After heated debate charge was changed Perhaps in the future dog charges can be listed online with availabilit

I made the reservation under a fully refundable status. We found out about 300 minutes later that we were going to have to leave and head back home. We never checked in. I called to get a refund and all of a sudden it was totally no refundable.

This was not up to the Comfort Suites standard we had come to expect from other locations. Breakfast was poor¿rooms were old and dirty.

Easy on and off location to I-70. Restaurant attached(did not eat there). Decent hot breakfast with friendly staff.

No hot water in shower and no water at the sink told staff but didn¿t fix

The mass quantities of birds in the trees was crazy disturbing, but guess you can't do anything about them.

This hotel is back to the pre-COVID status. Hot breakfast in the morning and the pool area is open 24 hours. The hot tub was not working when I was there so that was a bit disappointing. Staff is efficient and happy to be at work.

bed & pillows comfortable. air conditioner was quiet. did not hear a lot of noise. had breakfast until 9:30

Location, mostly clean

The microwave shuts the cable on the tv off when in use. lol. Nothing to complain about though.

Staff was friendly, but sometimes hard to find.

I wonder how well the room was cleaned. The freezer had someone else's ice cream cone (not wrapped) still inside. There were papers in drawers with notes from another guest.

Great location. I appreciated the refrigerator in the room, and the treadmill in the fitness center.

The vending machines refused to take any of my money.

Great hotel! Room was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were wonderful (I did not get her name, but the breakfast host was the most gracious!) Thank you Comfort Inn!

The only thing that really surprised me was the lack of hot water for shower. I felt it could have been the time (busy around 6-8pm), however I tried at different times and water continues as luke-warm. Please fix the hot water!

Close to attractions

It was not very clean. (Lotion under bed, food on floor, hair in tub), room did not smell even remotely clean.
