Pros +

Clean room, friendly helpful staff, good location, great floorplan organized throughout.
It was clean and obviously had recently been refurbished.
Staff is welcoming and the breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are very nice.

Cons -

Advertised swimming pool and hot tub. However both were closed & unavailable. Really was looking forward to using both, especially because of extreme hot weather. Parking could be more accommodating to pickup with trailer parking and drive through.
Nothing, staff was very good and breakfast was prepared very nicely, counters were clean etc.
Our room needed to be cleaned better. The bathroom mirror and shower door were streaked. The duvet insert was put into the duvet cover very well, unevenly distributed. Our floor needed to be vacuumed better.

Wow! Just.?..WOW! Even my husband commented to me he had noticed the entire staff was different than most hotels. The staff actually was friendly and looked you in the eye when they spoke. As always, this brand hotel is spotless clean.

The receptionist could not pull my reservation up, so she gave me her pass key to get in a room, once I got to the room on the 3rd floor, someone was already occupying that room. So I went back down to lobby and let her know and she gave me another room

Everything was fresh, new and relaxing. Not sure if they are short staff but hallways could be vacuumed more. I am sure they were short staff.

The food was good. Had eggs, sausage, hash browns and a cinnamon roll.

It was all good
