Refrigerator did not have freezer compartment so my ice blocks not frozen to keep my lunch cold No conditioner in bathroom container
Clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Everyone smoking at the front door. I¿m an asthmatic and couldn¿t enter or exit the building without walking through the smoke, this caused lots of problems.

There was problems in all aspects and they say is a covid thing . No its not a covid thing. I stayed 3 nights in 4 different rooms and they all had issues. I would not stay at this hotel if they gave me a month of free nites

Just the room was freezing. Easy fix though. Turn up the thermostat and got under the covers
Had stayed previously. Friendly folks. Nice location in town. Breakfast buffet was very good. The only place I would consider staying while in Portland.

Our room was very clean and so was the lobby. It was a peaceful nights sleep.
The only reason we didn't give a 10/10 is BC the pool water was murky and dirty looking. The towels were displayed nicely over chairs and on tables. Very classy.
