The entire bathroom, the horrible smell in the room, the hot and humid hallways, no elevator and carrying everything upstairs, teeny tiny towels …

I had ticks in my room. At check in the first room smelled awful like urine and mold. I asked for another room- it was the same. Lobby area and halls are cleaner-smell like fabuloso. Got a different hotel for last two nights of my trip. Do not recommend!

How close to the venue it was.

Yes, the room had so many issues. The tv didn’t work properly, the bathroom was a disaster with damaged grout and water damage. My friend stubbed his toe on piece of grout that exposed from the tile and the stairs were not up to code causing me to trip.

Mold smell in room, mold and blood on curtains, bathroom ceiling leaked onto everything in bathroom. Manage said likely from water on floor above.

The price was decent.

The first room I was assigned to the bed was not made and the room was cold. The next room someone was trying to get into my room. After they left I went to the front desk and they admitted they were wrong.

The room was hot and the pillows were cheap and flat. Housekeeping was knocking at the door at 10:30 saying checkout when checkout is 11

The clerk could not read nor type and it took 1/2 hour to check in. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was ok

Hotel was dirty, parking lot was just potholes, room felt dirty and as if it were only a smoking room and I can¿t stand that.

The staff accommodated a room change from a single queen to 2 doubles. Otherwise, my teen son would have been traumatized by having to share a bed with his dad¿so, grateful to avoid future counseling fees! They also allowed a 1-hr late check-out.

The property is in major need of updating and renovation: worn carpet, parking lot in terrible condition, generally unkempt. We occupied the room until 11:30am and then left until evening¿room was not cleaned or beds made.

It was close.

On arrival, staff told me my credit card was declined & i need to pay again. Now I have to file a dispute to get some money back. The hallways were very smokey smelling.

Parking lot had huge holes all through the lot. Hall way carpet full of stains, smelled of urine. Mattress cover was torn. Very upsetting, we spent $334 dollars for two nights, this was suppose to be at least a two star hotel, it was not, huge waste

The person at the front desk was friendly and the pool was nice.

My hotel room was a complete dump for the $--- price tag. It was dirty and horribly run down. The sheets were clean, otherwise I would have asked for another room but I doubt there were any rooms nicer. Also, the tv did not work.

No hot water in the shower that night or in the morning just got a warm.Has happened at this hotel before. I'll spend more and drive further for a hot shower.

I had no TV or Wi-Fi for a day and a half, probably not the hotels fault but the manager didn¿t offer a refund or comp a room for the next time.

Friendly staff. Room was clean

Hotel advertised a pool. Pool has not bee operable for some time. No elevator. Two rooms we passed were wide open, people standing I. The hallway and rooms were obviously long term tenants. Floors were horribly stained. Stairs were stained black.

The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. All staff were super helpful and genuinely nice people. There were 2 staff members,  that went above & beyond! The made me my stay feel like I was visiting family, the one's I like anyway!

Thanks to the Neil and his staff I can't think of anything negative yo say about it.

The hotel is in a good location (off the main road). Our room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable. We are happy with our stay.

The walls are a bit thin.
