Did not get the room i paid for. Also water leaking from bathroom floor and pooling, so had to put towels down

The BEDS! Horribly uncomfortable! This alone ruined the trip because no e us could sleep
Close by Nashville,right outside of town. IGA right next parking lot ,and Mc Donald's too.
The pool was in need of repair , the liner was peeling off the bottom and side . Floating around in the pool.
It was clean and well located close to town.
Upon registration we were told no breakfast in the morning. The room we received was below the level we paid for.

Easy access, unfortunately no elevator but only 2 floors. Clean rooms, comfie beds, clean kitchen and lot.

Felt like a resort lodge, not a chain hotel. Room was HUGE and had a jacuzzi tub. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.
No elevator to the second floor. Not sure how that's legal.

I rented a room there because the advertisement said they had a hot tub, but when we got there all they had was a pool and a tiny gym, so they lied. If I had known this I wouldn't have rented a room from them, but I had paid in advance.
The bed was quite comfortable.
There was no elevator to the second floor. We were able to change to a first floor cheaper room, but we at this point were still charged for the original more expensive room. No receipt has been sent.

Location to the concert venue, we walked from hotel and back. Perfect location for an event at Brown County Music Center. 24-7 Coffee in lobby is a big plus with cream or coffeemate not powder. Decent hot breakfast included too
Can't blame the hotel for minimal restaurants nearby but there is a supermarket and a McDonalds walking distance.
