Had to take the smoke alarm down from the ceiling and take it to the front desk because, it would not quit beeping.
walking distance from the concert and McDonald's and the sweet dog The desk clerk couldn't find my reservation and I had to email her copy of my email to get price of the room.
The baseboard was falling apart, blood stained sheets, dirty walls, tv was not clear, didn't give wifi password, no coffee maker.
Paid $--- for a room that looks like it should be an hourly rate hotel. Room was dirty and I washed all of my clean clothes when I got home for fear of bugs.
Hotel was not a 4 star as advertised l. Maybe a 1 star.

Room I was given first wasn't ready,second room without smoke detector, only 2 sets of bath towels and wash cloths for four people. Lot to be better.

It was creepy. Weeds in the planters, big potholes in the parking lot, wood covering a broken window next to check in. Doorknob coming off in out hand in the bathroom, light switches that did not work, no one in reception for check in & check out, & more
The room smelled musty. The beds were very hard. The bathroom had cracks in the floor, was not as clean as it should have been, the shower curtain was ripped. The refrigerator didn't work very well and there wasn't an ice machine right there.

Cleanliness-walls need wiped down. Hair on bathroom walls, maybe food or mud on inside of entry door. Beds need replaced-mattresses are shot.

The handle fell off the sink when I turned the water on. We had no hot water the last day we were there. Wall paper peeling. Not maintained well at all. Non smoking room smelled like smoke upon arrival. Trash under bed and behind night stand. TP sucked.
The location was perfect for our needs.
The room was non-smoking, but smelled horribly of smoke. I am asthmatic and had breathing issues. One of the beds also sagged on the left side to the point that my husband felt like he was going to fall out of the bed.
No coffee maker or hair dryer. We had to ask for toilet paper
