large rooms (requested handicap access) nice 2 room setup + tv's in each one , clean

listed amenities not all available ie POOL {closed by health dept 2024} never did find BUSINESS CENTER, no ROOM PHONE

Literally no breakfast - old burnt coffee. A/c had a flipping intermittent noise keeping me awake.

It was very close to where we needed to be.

The sheets had dirt marks and random hairs in between the sheets and the comforter. Two washcloths looked like someone shaved their beard in it, folded it back up, and left the hairs in it when we opened it.

Nothing at all most definitely answering and communication, I had booked the wrong hotel I was stranded with 2 kids nd have not received an email back on a refund.!!! Very selfish in rude most def would be reporting to the higher ups

Location and price

No coffee maker, no hangers for clothes.

It was 30 minutes from the wedding we were going to. It wasn’t baldly priced for what we got.

The bathroom was dirty, tub was very dirty. Elevator barely worked. As we left some other people were complaining about cockroaches in their room. They offered breakfast but didn’t have any. The television didn’t work. Not a good place to stay!

How big the room was.

Pool didn’t work, exercise room was out of commission, the hotel lobby restrooms were turned into storage of some sort. The breakfast was horrible and they wouldn’t even let you bring what little they had for breakfast out of the serving area.

Had to do a toom change because the first room I was giving had old food on the floor tub was nasty and floor was dirty

This hotel had the worst smells throughout the entire building. From mothball smells in the lobby, overly bearing air fresheners to cover up other smells in the hallways to cigarette smoke smells in the rooms. Very dirty.

There were 5 bug filled mattresses outside of the dumpster when we pulled in the lot AND an armed drug dealer (making active deals in the lobby) patrols the lobby with his mean pitbull. We left and rented a different hotel room.

Gave a stranger a key to my room and was robbed.

it was so dirty. There was no exercise room. Very unfriendly staff

Smelled like mold, pool was closed, door lock was broken, and the vent for the hot tub was on a motion switch so it turned on if you moved

Let us check in early for only 10 extra dollars. Every time I called they picked up and did not seem rushed to talk to me.

Cleanliness, old, needs work

The light switch in the bathroom had been messed up & had 5 screws in it but I could have easily pulled it off. And the tub surround thing was lose. The sheets on the bed were poor quality.

Location for an event.

Very poorly maintained. Furniture in room very dirty. Damage to walls of hotel. Bathroom faucet leaked. Landscaping was not kept up at all. My son found an insect in room (not sure what it was). Pool unavailable.

Simple convenience to town

The carpet was dirty, the pillowcases wrinkled (as if they were not fresh/clean), the mattress was broken down, had to ask for towels, no daily room service. No water pressure in sink.

Bed is horribly uncomfortable, not enough pillows. No extra blankets or pillows in room.

It was cheap and the air conditioner worked great

The tv was broke the swimming pool was a mess. Broken pieces on the bottom and the pool room was very dark. The ? Continental ? breakfast was suppose to be until 930 and when I went down at 8 am there wasn?t any food
