Hampton Inn Marion

We loved the pool and the hot tub. It was hard to find a hotel around here that had a hot tub. This hotel was nice and very clean. The rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

That the employees aren?t rude or nosey. I had my daughters birthday party there which included a few extra guests and the employees didn?t complain about it.

Twice a staff member entered our room while we were in it...without knocking. They did not know that the room was occupied

I am somewhat disabled there were no assist bars near the toilet and could b more in the shower will ask if there are different options if I come back

I was goving a second floor after i was told i could get a 1st floor for my mom because of her disability and i also was charged mutiple times. Also the elvator did not work.

The shower didn¿t have very hot water. The toilets are very low and it¿s hard for older people to get up and down.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean and well-appointed. The bed was a bit hard but I have a luxurious bed at home so I am spoiled! I will definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!! Thank you!

The hot tub in the common area was closed, we were very disappointed by that. Fix your hot tub, please. We had looked forward to relaxing in it on our second night.

We always book at a Hampton for the bed!! The room was clean and didn't smell like toxic cleaners. The bed was fresh and comfortable. The staff was friendly and although we didn't partake in breakfast, it looked welcoming .

Everything looked new, fresh and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was great.

We love the Hampton bed. And we also liked the quiet room without a heater coming on and off all night, like in so many hotels. It was simple and clean. The staff on all shifts were helpfu and friendly.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My children and I enjoyed the breakfast and location.

Ya there were ants in both rooms I rented an I booked six day but the job was working was only 4 so on 3rd days told them I was only staying for 5days an they said they would reimburse me for the last night an still havent been reimbursed!!!!!

Didnt come anywhere near the quality that I expected from a Hilton Hampton Inn. This one has to rate at the bottom of all that I have stayed at. Horrible mattress, filthy toilet bowl and should have been updated 20 years ago. Do not recommend.

We didn't stay because one of the two rooms we were given was torn apart because they were actively spraying for bed bugs.

See above and manager literally screamed at our group when we asked for a refund.

Cassie at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

It is undergoing remodeling and was not in top condition. The elevator and hallways smelled and seemed very unclean. I was in a remodeled room so it was great. Hopefully the hotel will improve when construction/remodel is complete.

Staff were friendly.

The hotel was quite dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor, grout crumbling in the bathroom floor - overall it was just a poorly maintained property.

Location was the only thing.

Stayed two nights.First night,bed was horrible/back hurt all next day. No water 1st day. Couldn't flush toilet.Changed rooms. The second bed was good. No hot water all 2nd dayornext morning.Cold shower! Asked for 50% refund. Nothing.

Construction in the room next to us until about 9:00 at night the fire alarm went off a minimum of 5 times throughout the night with no explanation. I called the front desk and they hung up on me without saying a word
