Quality Inn Franklin I-65

No hot water talked to front desk and she shrugs her shoulders and said the hot water tanks are working

Very nice place to stay from check in to check out the person I dont where are awesome. The room was crazy and very quiet and very clean. Had a very nice pool area and very nice breakfast. Definitely a 10 star plus

AWESOME

We forgot our laptop computer bag in the room. We drove 7 hours back the next day to pick it up. We were told it was in a secure area, however when we retrieved it, there was $2000 taken from the case.

The location was very close to my destination within Franklin. There are plenty of places to eat or get coffee.

The shower faucet dripped the entire night. The Wi-Fi module behind the TV blinked every 30 seconds. It was so annoying that I had to use a towel to cover as much of the module as I could in order to sleep.

Nothing!

Bed bugs, filthy carpet, run down and people hanging out all over parking lot beside hotel.

Nice hotel clean and convenient

Pool closed and not stated upon making the reservation, call ahead if that's important to you. Ice machines down.

Breakfast

When I left my room the person who cleaned my room stole a bunch of my stuff. When I confronted them about it they said I would have to prove it.

Leaving. (cont. from below) was when we got to our room, the people from the previous night were STILL THERE :( They had not checked out. the front office staff argued for 15 minutes while they tried to figure out where we were staying, across the hall

We first arrived to several young children playing in the lobby, in their wet swimsuits. On of them graciously pushed me out of the way to talk to there mother!!! Then when we went to go to the 2nd floor we discovered no elevator, then the best part

Location-- right off I-65 and convenient to downtown Franklin Bacon at breakfast

Everything else-- poorly maintained, smelly, impossible to control temp in room

Location

Lost ALL hot water in the middle of a shower, it was in the 30's, had to finish with ice cold water. Hot water did not come back for several hours. Electronic door locks to get in building were broken, anyone could get in. Bathroom walls were peeling.

The hotel had free parking, breakfast and was in a decent location.

The front desk staff were constantly outside smoking and people had to wait for them to come in and help them. The rooms were ok but not great. It's a loud area, dated room, and the whole hotel smelled musty and smokey.

Location and price were both good

Front desk service was lacking. Room AC unit dropped and made the floor wet, which explains the musty smell. Hotel had a smell of cigs in the hallways from smokers out back by the rear door.

The hotel room smelled musty and also like it was previously a smoking room. The mattress pad had stains on it. There was no attendant at the front when I left and no one came when the bell was rung.

Checkin and checkout was unorganized and slow. Housekeeping shortage was evident as rooms were not stocked properly with towels, etc.

Proximity to interstate

The TV was difficult to figure out & it was antenna channels only. The room reeked of body odor. There was a half smoked cigarette on the bathroom floor under the sink along with soiled towels from previous guest. The breakfast area was loud & chaotic.

Room was clean

yelling in the hallway at 2:00am, again with children running and yelling at 6:30am. Back door to hotel wasn¿t locked,Pool was closed. Front desk attendant sitting with her family (who apparently live there) and not properly supporting guests. Much more¿

It was clean, free parking, was able to borrow a corkscrew from reception

Bath towels were very small and only 2, would have liked some cutlery and dinner plates, wine glasses etc, no bacon/eggs for breakfast

How close to our event that it was.

No one came to the checkout desk for about 10 minutes, so i just left out room keys on the counter.

Very comfortable bed. Shower was great. Room very clean.

No elevator.

Great location. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and had enough towels.
