The included breakfast. All processed foods. At least should have some fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs. Only had coffee. Very disappointed.

This new hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was clean also.

Service was poor. Front desk person Amy questioned us upon entering asking if we were staying there? She thought we were not guests and were stealing ice. Very accusatory tone. Unsettling and made us feel unwelcome. Our rooms were not serviced at all.

The beds were firm. !!!!

Tuesday 6/24 morning breakfast. We got down there 8:35 am no eggs no milk no waffle batter. Only 3 biscuits left about a 1/4” of gravy. Who ever was suppose to check the food never saw a person looking to see if they needed refills AND WE SAW NO ONE TO ASK. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN KNOCKING. IF YOU Offer breakfast we should be able to have breakfast. The bathtub had chips in the porcelain and mold was starting. I did not see a sign to let us know you had a pool. Didn’t know you had one. There wasn’t any milk to buy. In the store part. Also the tv came on fuzzy didn’t know what to do so I had to go to the desk and ask.

Didn’t try the breakfast, but enjoyed coffee in the room. That’s a plus.

TV Guide card did not match the channels. Seemed to be off by “2”. Number shown was 2 higher than actual number for that channel. For example, CNN was 11 on the card, but 9 on the TV.

The hotel seems to be newer and is secluded off the highway. We arrived around 11:30 PM and check in was very quick.

Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a larger number of guests in town due to a wedding but staff proceeded to inform us that the guests were Amish and the Amish community in the area are now all related so they are in need of traveling to be able to get married. It may have not been meant in a judgmental manner, however, hearing staff discuss customers cultural differences in what seemed to be a negative manner caused for discomfort. The information shared by staff lacked relevance beyond being informed of a higher number of guests currently staying at the hotel.Upon entry to the room, it seemed clean enough but there were some crumbs on the floor from what I would assume were previous guests and spots on counters which seemed to not have been fully cleaned off. A live bed bug was found on the bed, crawling from the pillow. We proceeded to kill the bed bug and take it in a paper cup to the front desk. At that time when we informed the staff member calmly, they stated “I highly doubt it’s a bed bug.” The staff member quickly looked in the cup and set it aside. She said they would show the manager in the morning. She proceeded to move us rooms on a different floor (from second floor to the fourth floor) because they are aware of the level of care that is provided by the cleaning staff for the fourth floor. It was mentioned by the staff member that the house keeping for the fourth floor will receive tips because of the level of care they provide, while the cleaning staff for other floors will complain about not receiving tips because “they won’t go above and beyond” and “kids these days just don’t want to work.”We recognize that bed bugs, honestly bugs of any kind, are common in hotels due to the high level of traffic and if it had not been near 1 AM by the time of this occurrence, we would have chosen to leave and locate a different place for accommodations to be provided.

Courteous staff that isn't overbearing though, but very responsive. Stephanie at check in was AWESOME

The pool was clearly not heating normally - while not a big deal and the kiddos enjoyed, little notice or sign to the effect would have been appreciated.

Excellent service, breakfast and clean.

The air unit was not working properly so our room got hot.

The staff was commendable, the breakfast spread was incredible, the room was very nice.

Nice pretty clean hotel. Very convenient location for our travels. Great breakfast.

Pool not fixed ( said heater was out ) , also wasn't working when we stayed in November. ( indoor pool, cold, said they had to keep cold due to County Covid rules??) Customer service lacking. Check in girl seemed new, not knowing how to let me pay cash ( I have done this before ) said manager would be in in the am.. "manager" wasn't the friendliest ( She may have been tired from working all night ?)

Comfortable, good location, quality sleep, excellent bathroom, clean

I wish the fridge had a freezer and there were more drawers in the bedroom. The pool was also incredibly small and shallow. I feel that the cost was too high for what I got.

Great options. Waffle maker, bacon, sausage, eggs… etc. also coffee and juice.

The price would be a little lower, but it’s the only jic hotel in an hour radius. Was worth it to me.

Different options. Healthy and clean

A snack area or a small restaurant serving lunch and dinner will be a great add. The pool area can be closed when not in use to save power

I arrived at 10:51 PM. There was no one else waiting to check in yet it took over 20 minutes.When I got to my room, there were no towels at all in my room. Last, the coffee maker and cups were in the bathroom so when the toilet flushes with the lid open, water and potentially bacteria from the toilet may become aerosolized.

Good breakfast. Nice front desk personnel.

The bathtub had mildew around the edges. which could be cleaned with bleach. the shower head was rusted and spewed water everywhere. beds were uncomfortable. I didn’t even know they made spring mattresses anymore.

I liked that the facility was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly.

There were a couple of things that seemed stained throughout the room. It was clean, but there were some spots on the sheets and the lampshade. Also, the ceiling in the pool room needs a little repair.

A group of about 12 people who gathered in the breakfast area at 8:00 pm was told we could not stay there because the rooms above us could hear us talking. We were moved to a conference room and told we could stay until 11:00 pm, but were asked to leave at 10:30 so they could clean the room (we did not mess it up - just had drinks around the table). We were not a very loud group, and we certainly did not do any damage (professional people with an average age of about 55). Adults should not be treated like naughty children when they are simply enjoying pleasant conversation after a busy day. If the acoustics are so bad that guests can hear what's being said in common areas, something is wrong.
