No one at front desk when I was trying to check out. Hand bar in the bath broken.

It was very run down and the tv was older so you could not cast anything to watch...and the TP was chaeeeeeppp.

Advertises pool, but no pool. It has been this way for our last 2 stays there.

We checked out at 1AM the bed was horrible and air conditioning was broken,dead bugs in bathroom

Good breakfast selection, comfy bed with 6 pillows, very clean. Friendly staff.

A little TLC might be in order. Curtains were tattered, bathroom fan/light had one switch and was very noisy, breakfast options were limited, pool was out of order, etc.

Small rooms that weren?t very clean. Pool was closed for maintenance and we didn?t know and that was one reason we booked this hotel. Communication with staff was not good-we asked for late check out and confirmed it twice and still staff didn?t know

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Continental breakfast was good and plentiful

Lots of hair left in tub/shower. The heating/cooling unit gave room for a very musty smell - like a wet ashtray.

Stafff I stay every weekend as a get away they have a descent breakfast too

The pool don?t wiork

Curtains are ripped in every room we have stayed in. Air conditioners in room 106 208 112 do not cool

From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, thoughtful and accommodating.

I was very concerned about my health staying in the room. It had black mold on all the curtains and the sheer curtains were ripped 2 ft long. This is totally unacceptable. I can tell they are working to make conditions better but this just is not okay.

Although smoke-free, the rooms and linens smell of smoke. I switched to another room due to the heavy smell in the first one. I was quickly accommodated without argument. There were gnats (I think) coming up from the sink drain.

It was close to restaurants.

No ice machine, ice is in a cooler. Bland boring breakfast No pool

The breakfast was more than expected. Loved that there was scrambled eggs and patty sausages. Everything else was about a 7/10.

Only 2 entrances to get to your room. We were expecting a door from the outside to dump off our luggage. Not a huge deal.

After driving for ten hours it was so nice to have a room ready and available for early check-in at 12 noon. Wonderful

All hotels should provide a day-and-a half rate for drivers who can only stay until 9 or 10 p.m. of their second night. Amish clients require this add departure time.

Close to the interstate. Fast food restaurants near by. Stayed one night travelers. Need a place to sleep. For the price and breakfast it accomplished what we expected.

Mold in the bathroom. Room had a damp nasty smell. Curtains needed a good cleaning.

Clean, breakfast and staff were awesome!

Near the festival, purple bus shuttle

A/C didn't work right. Toaster causes the lights to go out in the continental breakfast area. Shower heads are hobbit sized, bend over to wash hair. Toilet didn't flush well. Burn hole in the sheets. Hair in shower. Bfast saus & eggs taste bad.

Staff Jennifer was helpful friendly
