Tru by Hilton Auburn

Hotel employee at the front drsk was wonderful. The games and breakfast was a delight. Room was clean and comfortable. I hppe to have opportunity to stay there again.

No, it was excellent.

Very clean and friendly staff.

Beds were not super comfortable and pillows were flat. As far as location, you cannot see the hotel from the road, so without navigation, it would be hard to find.

It was clean and staff was super friendly

I needed wifi that morning and since i returned my key when i woke up I could not access internet by doing so. I was very disappointed

Great staff, very comfortable place. Pool table in the lobby, water bottle filler, great breakfast.

Clean overall. Staff very kind.

Very simplistic. No drawers. Space to hang clothes limited. No microwave, would have been nice. Had over 30 dead, some alive, lg black flies in windowsill. They r trying to figure out how flies r getting in but room should have been checked prior.

staff very friendly, room very clean, bed comfortable, deco very upbeat and modern

would have liked coffee pot and micorowave in room instead of having to go downstairs, breakfast was so-so

VERY NICE STAFF UPON CHECKIN. ROOM WAS A BIT SMALL BUT LAID OUT PERFECT FOR A ONE NIGHT STOP ON THE ROAD.

Room size and shower size. The soap dispensers are a great addition I had not seem before

Location and decor

There was a piercing noise throughout the night. I couldn¿t sleep. The desk clerk told me to play music so it doesn¿t bother me. When I went to check out no one at the front desk asked me about my stay! I was very disappointed at Hilton.

The soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion was awesome. Great shower too!

No pool.

Sadly there was nothing.

The morning staff wasn¿t friendly, the room had long black hairs in the bed and in the sink, the breakfast area wasn¿t stocked had to find someone to refill the hot foods. Lastly the location is next to an asphalt plant so it was very noisy overnight.

location, price, comfortable bed,

no in room microwaves and coffeemakers. need a chair in the room besides the desk chair.

Room was clean. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful.

Very nice, clean,modern.

The placement of the desk next to the Air Conditioner makes it difficult to do much computer work without getting frostbite.

Comfortable beds, hot breakfast with lots of selections.

Cleanliness

It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Staff

No. It was great all the way around!
