The hotel was smelly, the room was smelly and dirty..The bathtub still had a ring around the tub.The carpet had a dark dirty stain and it was a horrible experience.

The room door handle was broken. The bathroom room walls are dirty. The bathroom door had a fist print in it. Their was garbage bags in the hallway outside of some of the rooms

Location only, close to I-88.

No Breakfast, Customer service counter open only limited time. Diety carpet. Smell not good. No Shampoo/Conditioner provided.

Everything! The property was run down, mold all along tub edge, prior guests’ underwear and qtips under the vanity, cupboard door trim fell off, room and halls smelled of bug bombs, the carpets were stained, the mattress was cotton balls on a flat rock!

Location was nice, right off the highway. Affordable, clean and comfy beds.

Rear door key reader did not work, dumpster was OVERFLOWING with trash and everywhere smelled like pot. People smoking it near the doors and rolling it in their cars.

That it was pet friendly

It needs to better more on the clean ness make sure that the tubs water goes down as well as the bathroom sink are not clogged to make sure they change these covers as I stayed at this hotel. I broke out with hives all over my face, my arms, my hands

Absolutely nothing,

Horrible experience. I waited 20 minutes to check in, and my room smelled strongly of urine. I recorded a video of bugs crawling on my ceiling, and the chair in the room look liek iot had been chewed and eaten up by an animal.

The area the hotel was in was decent

The room walls were nasty, the tub was filthy with stains and sunk in, and in the middle your balance would be off while trying to take a shower.

My room was clean and neat upon arrival. The staff is great. One of my issues was dealt with expeditiously. The location.

The website says no smoking, which is why I booked. That did not go so well. The halls on my floor was terrible smelling the smoke even came into my room while I was trying to sleep. Didn't appreciate that at all.

THE LOCATION

My wife and I paid for a KING SIZE BED when checked in we were told that they didn?t have ANY KING BED for us and I should have gotten a price difference I DID NOT. AND THE ROOM WAS DIRTY. I went to the staff and asked her about the ROOM BEING DIRTY.

Room was dirty tub wasn¿t clean toilet wouldn¿t flush all the time and dog found the pill under the bed and almost ate it Room smelled of smoke which then my clothes did and I¿m sensitive to it

All the basics with no frills. Would be fine if you were in area for an extended time.

Wind whistled through windows a little bit. Shower area could have been in a little better shape. Was not dirty, but has seen better days.

Handy location.

Poor room maintenance. Showing its age. No complaints about accommodations particularly. Dogs barking in adjacent rooms was very annoying. Would probably request a room again on the third floor, but as far away from rooms with dogs as possible.

No coffee machine in room no normal hotel amenities - no cups to drink coffee , towels very thin

The air conditioner worked

Staff was indifferent when we could find them.The guy wearing an ankle monitor wandering the halls talking to people freaked us out! Your ¿breakfast¿ consisted of 2 empty coffee carafes,a few crunchy granola bars, and instant oatmeal with lukewarm water.

I was meet with Issues after Issue. Once I got to my room wo/ any Soap or Towels in the room, a Handicap assessable room w/o a shower chair, nor a working Telephone. In addition, a resident guess was fighting in the room, next door and police were called.

The location and size of rooms

Other people smoke in their rooms so our room constantly smelled like smoke everyday even though this is a non-smoking hotel. Staff wouldn¿t do anything about it.

The hotel's location was quite good for our trip plans. The room itself was clean.

The shower had mold and mildew on the tile grout and the shower curtain was too short so water went on the floor. The hallway appeared dirty and had a smoky smell. During the night we were awakened by some noxious smoky smell.

48 hour's of peace and quiet.

Yes. The refrigerator was unplugged. By the time it got cool again, all my food had spoiled. Not to mention the ice cream that melted. Cabinet's I was afraid to open because they were only hanging by one hinge. Florescent lite covers kept falling out of

The location, hotel is close to stores, mall and restaurants.

The room was very dirty, had to clean with my own cleaning products. The toilet got clogged and hallway smelled like weed.
