Dirty.. bathtoom dirty. Advertised complimentary breakfast but there was none

First room assigned was non-smoking but someone had smoked in it. The second room did not have a mattress. The third room did not have an alarm clock (this was no big deal) I am waiting for the refund I was promised The staff people were very plea

Can't think of a thing I liked

Outdated, pool had no water in it, lounge is closed, elevator broke, the bed was hard and barely sat off the floor. Do I need to go on?

Someone had used toilet and not flushed. Table dirty. Coffee condiment package open. The first room we went to had bed leaning against wall.

good location

manager double charged me for the stay put on my credit card twice the room charge, shouldnt have done that.she swore at me when I told her about the problem. Had to call credit card company to tell her to back out the double charges. never staying again

besided the fact there was a hole in the bathroom wall and ceiling...you stood in water over you ankles while showering as the tub didn't drain, there were stains on the shower curtain and I was afraid to walk bare footed on the carpet..this was the worst

Everything - spent toooo much money for what I got

The location. Only 3 hotels in town and one had a broken pipe, so...can't go wrong with a Wyndham property, right?!

Brown substance splashed on bathroom wall, drywall rot above and below sink, threadbare towels (which were never refreshed) and a suspicious spot on the sheets (good thing I had another bed in the room. Room smelled like regret & ancient cigarette smoke.

Location, front desk staff were polite

Check in was good and easy. Bess and pillows were comfortable.

The room smelled. My clothes smell like the room now had small breakfast which was nice.

It needs a total remodel. Hallway was in sad shape carpet in sad shape touch-up paint on doors were not the same color as door. Only 1 bath towel for wife and i to share ask for another. Told they would bring one up. 4 hr later i went to front desk to get

Staff was awesome! Staff tried to find extra towels and sheets, which were not available. I feel like they did their best, it¿s just that the best wasn¿t good enough

The room was filthy when we arrived. But we were very late, so there wasn¿t anyone to clean the room, and no other rooms available. Then we realized our toilet was broken. There wasn¿t any extra rooms and no one to fix the toilet.

Close to I-80, good restaurants choice close by, quiet,clean reasonable price rooms.

Rooms needs to be updated.

The paint was peeling all over the outside, people drinking all night in the parking lot. And the housekeeping not the best. But it worked in a pinch.

Price was good for 1 night

The side doors to red building didn’t lock, the tub water constantly ran, the hallways were dirty there were people smoking and drinking everywhere. Checking in took forever because no one was at the front desk .

Felt deceived by the description of the hotel and room. Had requested room for two and there was one set of everything in the room. The bed was a little bigger than a twin bed but not quite a full size- never seen such a bed. Bedding was not clean at all.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty!!! Every where you looked was filthy and grimy. Very out dated and nothing worked. Beds were dirty!! Yellow water!! Bathroom was nasty. Water was lukewarm Tub didn’t hold water

Close to highway, decent price, free water bottles

It was hard to navigate the front doors with the luggage cart.

Room was clean.

Room needed updating. And even though the rooms did not smell, the lobby had the smell of incense. I like incense, but it is not something that gives a good first impression in a hotel. People will think the rooms will smell the same.
