When I checked in I did not receive my breakfast vouchers from front desk woman who checked me in. I found out I needed them next morning when headed ninth floor and had to go lobby front desk to get them

The room we had definitively was not 4.5 star quality. It felt like a quality inn and suites. The bedroom was large and spacious but nothing fancy. The bathroom was so small and no exhaust fan. I could have gotten the same quality of room for cheaper.

Very clean & had actual glasses instead of plastic.

The room was TINY!! The shower was TINY & set up awkwardly. No pool.

The staff, location and bar in the lobby were great. The fact that the pool has been closed since Covid and not open now is rediculous.

rooms are small and not worth the money. bathrooms are tiny and you actually have to be in the shower to turn it in unless you don?t care about your sleeve getting soaked. As a Bonvoy Member I would choose a Westin in Lombard over this hotel any day!

For the price rooms are average at best. Quite a noisy experience as well. Rooms are showing wear and tear with wall damage, bathrooms are awkward.

No valet parking. And lot was full. This is unacceptable for price paid.

Everything was great. Walkable to the mall and cheesecake factory in the same parking lot.

Staff was very friendly

Odd odor in the hotel. Could not figure it out. Didn¿t Know what to expect with the area but it¿s basically all large malls and huge stores

It's a nice hotel right at the mall.

The bed is just a mattress directly on a frame. There is no box spring, which means the bed is very low to the ground, which was weird.

Only that it does not have a pool.

The hotel is comfortable and close to many great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was decent.

We did not sleep at all becaus the room was so incredibly hot and we could not lower the temp any further on the thermostat.

I like that it¿s updated.

I did not like the size of the room and I also didn¿t like how thin the walls are. You hear every little detail from the room next to you, upstairs, downstairs etc.

This is not a 4.5 start hotel. Have seen better 3.5 star hotels. rooms were small, AC was not working

Modern and clean!

The shower door could use a better seal because water comes out of the door when showering.. I had to put towels on the floor for the water coming out...

The staff was very nice and gave me the room I wanted

The sheets and towels were dirty and stained
