- Check in was at 3. Room wasn't ready till almost 4. Front desk said they were short staffed. Came in town for a 5 pm wedding so this made me late after sitting around from 1:30 when I arrived. Moldy strong smell in lobby and room. Flared my allergies.
- There was a complete lack of hot water in my room! Shower took-3-4 minutes to get luke warm water. Every time I tried to use the hot water there was a LONG delay! Exhaust fan didn't work in bathroom and could not get the furnace to turn up easily.
- The breakfast was just okay The bananas were too ripe with brown spots They need more waffle irons so people don't have to wait

Yes the front desk clerk her attitude and customer service skills were poor she was very discriminatory by saying things like you people if you want customer service number look it up yourself she hung up on me when I called the front desk
The breakfast was not good. Powdered eggs. Yuck. Biscuits were good n gravy was horrible.
Staff was very friendly and anything we asked for they got for us without question! Bedroom suite was awkward as you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. But other than that was nice, a little outdated. Pool was very nice.
Hotel was inside a college of some kind.. a little away from town. A little to much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was not the greatest but was included so waffles are always great!

Odd smells in the elevator and hallways - smelled musky and stale, almost as though someone spilled coffee and food on the floor and wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

The dining area for the breakfast was nice and clean. The room was very nice with a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, a dishwasher, stovetop, and nice countertops. Friendly staff and nice pool area.

The free breakfast was subpar. They kept running out of food and it would take forever for them to fill it back up. The pool area really needs more ventilation. We weren't able to stay long with the kids because the air burned our eyes so bad.
