Bed was very hard. Bathroom extremely small. Bathroom door knob falling off. Needs blackout curtains.

$50 deposit upon check in that was not explained in the reservation

Price. The room was fine as the beds were comfortable.

The overall cleanliness was below average as the carpenter in the halls did not smell good and were dirty. The pool was closed due to a health department violation. There was some drug activity in nearby rooms on the first night but fine after that.

The pool wasn't open and it wasn't listed on site to give me an option to stay elsewhere.

The room was decent. It appeared to be clean.

The carpets were extremely nasty and dirty, specifically the one on the elevator was disgusting

The bathroom was nasty, smelled like pee and so did the shower curtain... hair in the tub. Pool not open...should of stated that

Breakfast was average, staff were helpful.

We were given the wrong room but that was quickly fixed by staff, pool was closed by health department, our correct room was muggy and smelled musty, turning on the A/C helped somewhat. The floors of our room were sticky, but the room was otherwise ok.

It wasn't properly cleaned. Sheets had stains on them prior to my use, headboard was dusty.The bathroom felt VERY unsanitary.The shower you can tell hasn't been deep cleaned in awhile, neither has the floors.The red chair had white stains on it.

Yes, a completely undisclosed extra $50 hold that was put on my card. I wasnt warned. I have never had this happen. I get it yes damage deposits exist. But tell me why this is the first hotel to actually place a hold on my card?

There was a large bug on the lampshade right next to the bed as soon as I walked in after checking in. The floor was slightly sticky, which is weird & not level so there was a large gap between the floor & front door to hallway. I have pics of all this.

Housekeeping was awesome, spoke to her at length while loading up to check out. Too bad they didn’t let me know at check in that you have to request services.

Did not specify that I had to request services. Was there several days, no one was ever at the front desk, breakfast food was fine by 7 and was not refilled. I called prior to booking to ensure pool was open, pool heater was broken. Back door was broken.

Rooms are roomy, clean, and updated. Perfect, for the star rating. This is our favorite hotel in the suburbs east of St Louis.

Older hotel that has been remodeled. Still some things that need touched up. Bathrooms are tiny. Very loud.

Smelled like weed in the lobby and elevator, pool was not open, Floors were dirty in breakfast area, hand towels on bottom of windows with mold growing from moisture. Our bathroom in our room could barely fit one person, the shower head leaks.

Coffee maker had not been cleaned for some time, decided not to even bother using it. Used coffee filters still inside it.

Mattresses were lumpy causing poor sleep and back pain. Pool area was freezing.

Nice bed. Breakfast was better than average, but not hot food. Kind of lukewarm.

The hotel was one of the dirtiest I?ve ever been in. No one to clean the floors.
