The hotel room was nice and clean.

The hotel was under construction, the elevators needed to be mopped. The morning of check out the shower kept cutting off. Had to dry off with soap still on my body. That was the only thing that I felt was unsatisfactory. Everything else was good.

The room was not as clean it was dusty and the carpet didn?t look vacuumed the shower water pressure was so low it was ridiculous and the early morning renovations , oh the the kitchen cook had the nastiest attitude ever food was greasy didn?t eat it all.

Hair in the shower from previous person. No water pressure. Breakfast served but the person serving continued to mess up order and food was less than quality.

The workout room had broken weights. I tried to go to pool but the door was broken and staff couldn't even get in.

Staff was friendly.

Tv remote didn't work so they changed me to another room meaning a trip to the lobby and moving luggage.

The room size.

The shower went cold all of a sudden and had to turn it off to get the hot water again. Only happened once and briefly.

Large room. Good location.

Guest rating was overrated.? dingy carpets, torn drapes, water damage around windows and broken vapor seals

This location charges $10 EACH DAY for incidentals. As of the 5th business day following checkout, still not refunded--told to call back again in 3 days. Shower floor so dirty had to stand on a towel to shower.

No free breakfast. Toliet in room was leaking so it took forever to fill with water. Staff needs to be cheerful and more friendly.

It seams like every time I stay there there is an issue This time when I got up in the morning the TV did not work I called down to the front desk but they sent nobody to fix it!

It was poorly kept. Lights out, hallways were dirty. Walls stained. Beds were creaky and thermostat didn't work.

Cleanliness of room wasn¿t sufficient- no free breakfast

The staff didn¿t give 4 of us the joint door rooms as we request and we asked the staff about free breakfast as we made reservations last May. Last Saturday morning we were surprised/shocked with no free breakfast. We¿ll not go there again in future

Set AC at 65 , woke up to 77

Staff was amazing! The AC unit was extremely loud and there was mold on the shower curtain, & clothing from previous guest along side the bed.

The front desk and bar and restaurant staff were friendly and hospitable and extremely helpful.

The cleaning staff were extremely loud constantly talking to one another in the hallway fairly early in the morning. They were completely oblivious to the fact people may be sleeping. They were super friendly and accommodating, but excessively loud.

Hotel not clean, lobby, restaurant and outside perimeter.
