Rooms were freshly remodeled. The bed, pillows, and comforter were downright comfortable as hell!

The smeared stuff in the elevator that was visably there, broken door handle to bathroom, no1 refilled towels4 the pool,the lady at the breakfast was rude to us because someone had switched the waffle batter nozzle around& it spilt out

The AC worked good

You have to request housekeeping daily and they don’t come. I asked for house keeping 4 days straight and they never came. I told the front desk for 3 days my microwave didn’t work. They did nothing. The bathtub won’t drain, the water pressure sucks.

Pool

Food sucked dry sausages and burned eggs runny

They put me in a room on the side of the hotel where workmen were working right outside my room who had loud radios blaring. I mean really?

The staff

I specifically called to make sure pool was open. Checked in late Fri night George ky daughters bday.? the pool was closed so we booked a jacuzzi suite and it was not clean. The breakfast was terrible. The side doors did not work.

They put us in a room that obviously hadn't been properly cleaned. It had a foul smell, the sheets were wrinkled, there was hair on the sheet and an indentation in one of the pillows. We complained. They put us in a clean room. Breakfast was good.

There wasn't much we liked about the hotel. They obviously made the bed without changing the sheets in the first room. That whole wing had the same foul smell. Whoever cleaned that wing didn't do their jobs. Nasty!! We won't be back!

The hotel itself is average - no real complaints. The staff was phenomenal! Front desk staff at night was so friendly and the real star of the hotel was the woman tending the breakfast area in the morning - the kindest and most accommodating person!!

IT WAS COMFORTABLE. PRETTY CLEAN. QUIET. DECENT LOOKING. BUT SADLY ITS THE NICEST HOTEL IN THE AREA.

TOILET DIDNT WORK CORRECTLY. HARDLY ANYONE AROUND WHEN YOU NEEDED SOMETHING. WHY ARENT THERE FORKS OR SPOONS OR ANYTHING OUT, ESPECIALLY AFTER NORMAL HOURS. THAT WHOLE TOWN SHUTS DOWN EARLY AND YOU DONT HAVE ACCESS TO ANYTHING.

Always clean and friendly. The staff are amazing.

Would like more Breakfast variety.

Mattresses need to be replaced. Tiles in bathroom had little grout and moved when you stepped on them. Husband went to breakfast at 9:15 and no eggs had one sausage left

staff unhelpful, and in one case, rude; no one was at the front desk any time - I came for assistance... had to say "hello?" to get someone to come out from back; price of room should be reduced if they are not being cleaned; breakfast food was terrible

I liked the staff they were nice and friendly and helpful when needed.

The hot tub was closed down.

Dirty socks and food container left in room. We got locked out of room at 1130pm at night, waited and called front desk to get help took 40 min to get someone. Found cockroaches in room. Reported this...not even a sorry offered. We should be refunded:(

told there was breakfast every morning,but breakfast area was shut down.Maybe they should lower their rates since advertising breakfast then not serving anything.

It was quite and clean.

The vending machine is a little bit on the pricey side. Also, for one nights stay it was on the pricey side as well.

The staff was rude when we asked why we did not get a notification about the pool. She stated that they had emailed everyone. None of us knew about it. I asked if they had any similar hotels in the area that we could use their pool. She rudely said, NO

The pool was closed for maintenance. We were not notified of this. We had 14 rooms all together for my daughters wedding. There were 10 kids there with swimming suits and an empty pool. We could not go anywhere else due to the rooms being nonrefundable.

The beds were super, very comfortable. Nice hot shower. Staff were very friendly, and accommodating. The best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel.
