Slow wifi, thin walls (the people in the room were screaming at 8 AM)

The hotel staff were the most unfriendly-ish I've seen in a long time.

I paid for breakfast at booking but was asked to pay $15.00 upon entering the lobby. All 4 of us.

There were no luggage carts in the lobby when we arrived at 11:30 pm. The man picking us up from the airport acted inconvenienced instead of working in customer service. We had to load our own luggage into the bus including my husband's mobility scooter.

Hotel was hit by lightning on thurs Aug.2nd so when we got back to the hotel, there was no power. However, the Hotel was very apologetic and said they will refund our hotel fees, for our inconvenience. They handled it very professionally.

Location to O'Hare was excellent. Simple and speedy check-in and out.

This hotel is perfectly located for flights through O¿Hare. It is literally minutes away. There are many nearby restaurants and shopping options. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and lots of good pillows.

Lighting was less than adequate for reading or anything not screen related. I the slider opens directly to parking (1st floor) with the only options of blackout curtain or no curtain. It could have used a sheer as a light filtering option

It was clean, and the bed and pillows were excellent.

When I paid to get a deal on one of three hotel, I was not told that there was a $15 charge for parking. There were problems with the number of elevators and how far you have to walk to get to your room. I would could go on but there is a typing limit.

The beds were comfortable. Good location.

Carpets were old and had very high parking fees when there is a Wyndham property right next to it that provides free parking. When I called to confirm my reservation, I had to hold for 25 mins to get through for them to say the booking does not exist

The staff were attentive, and let us check in an hour early. The room was quiet, despite being on a major therofare. And the shuttle to the airport was the cherry on top.

The beds were very comfortable and then Ins were so thick. The towels were very absorbent. It was very very homey and the front desk deaf is very thorough, efficient and fast!

I have nothing to complain about!

Loved this hotel. The location is spot on, as there's a plethora of things to eat, see and do. You are close to the airport, casino, and mall, which makes the location ideal. The breakfast was delicious and the stay as perfect

I feel like the 15$ dollar parking fee, alongside a $50 dollar hold for "incidentals" is a bit much. Parking should be included.
