i stay 4 nights and not a single day the house keeping come to my room

Bugs in the washroom, broken door handle., stink in the carpet

The room was clean and staff was friendly.

The room and the hallways did not smell good. Also, the location was not good. There were homeless people around and surrounded by warehouses.

One maid was very nice but she wasn't the one cleaning. Just on the floor.

There was a three day policy for room cleaning. I was told that I only booked for two nights. The male staff person was very rude to me and my guest after I booked a additional room fir my family.

Nothing really.

The handle of the door fell off and could not be fixed until the following day. No one cleaned the room and we had to ask for it to be cleaned.

We did not receive a refund. We checked in and got to the room to find dog hair on beds, counters and floor plus it smelled like a dog. We asked for a new room and told nothing was available. We had to leave and go pay for another hotel.

No smoking area was right outside front door and it looked like drug dealers were dealing drugs as you entered or left premiu.

People walking the halls laughing and talking all night. Saturday was the worst of the two nights. Walls paper thin.

I was told there would be hot tub in the room which was a lie and I was over charged thinking it has the hot tub.

The location was fine for what we needed.

The staff was rude, the pool closes at 8pm which was difficult as we were there for a soccer tournament so the kids did not have time to swim. The breakfast was not good and they would not allow any of us to sit in the lobby. The staff felt very cold.

misleading price says $--- per night after all tax and fees $--- $10.00 resort fee? I don't see how they consider this a resort. could have gotten the room direct for $---

They required a $100 "damage fee" per room, per night that was supposed to be deposited after check-out. I am still waiting for my account to be refunded the $200 incidental hold. We stayed for a basketball tournament. It is ridiculous to be REQ

Fire alarm went off both nights stay the power went out in the whole hotel and no cots for my son also

there was only one staff member that wasn''t rude and not hospitable. the rest of the staff was very rude and even invaded our personal space by unlocking our door and entering without permission at 9 am.

Staff was nice however there were racial remarks made in the lobby

The drawback was breakfast is stops being served at 9 a.m. so if you've been driving late into the night and you're traveling and you're tired and you want to sleep in you're not going to get breakfast.

There were so many things issues since the time I booked the hotel and throughout the stay, there are not enough characters! I am still waiting for the manager to contact me after leaving 2 messages!!
