I like that it is clean not a lot of pets everywhere in the lobby and elevator.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in providing suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions.

Comfortable beds, fun pool area for the kids, good breakfast selection, friendly staff, showers were very nice, liked that their was full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and hand soap instead of mini bottles.

No description of breakfast sausage! Was it pork, turkey or beef?? No description so we assume it was pork! Need turkey or chicken sausage!!

Friendly staff, good location, breakfast is well supplied and matained well. Room and bed was clean and neat.

The hotel was selected merely for convenience to visiting family. There was nothing else close or convenient to this hotel. The room was average and nothing spectacular. The rate per night for this hotel was ridiculous for what it is.

Liked the free breakfast, lots of choices. And the pool was nice. Staff were friendly and felt available if you needed them, but not hovering or watching your every move. The breakfast staff were especially sweet and helpful.

There was an incident on one of the days I stayed. P.d & swat were there. P.D even put out a notice to stay out of the area. It was all very quietly done, but I still dont know what happened or if there was any danger. Guests should have been informed

Your front desk staff are knowledgeable and informative as well as friendly and helpful. The room was musty smelling and dingy. The hot tub had a ring of funky dirt around it and smelled. If the accommodations were as good as your staff, we would return.

Excellent service all around. Breakfast is great. The choices changed each morning. And food was all very good. Staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with.

Proximity to where I need to visit and the freeway

I could not get a receipt from the Hotel for expense report, and I ordered 1 bed and got a room with 2 beds.

Nice location 40 miles from downtown. Easy access to various Chicago suburbs and also to downtown.

The pool area is definitely an awesome place for kids to hang out and play! Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good! I would stay here again and again!

The breakfast had so many options (like scrambled steak-and-egg breakfast tacos, fruit, pastries, waffles, etc) and lots of seating. The kidde pool was SO awesome for kids (kiddie slide and splash buckets, fenced in for safety, 1.5 feet deep and warm).

The whirlpool tub in our suite needed one more once-over, there was some hair in the drain. This hotel is not close to any Chicago "attractions" but it was close to the freeway and exactly what we needed for a high quality, yet family friendly stay.

Easy to get to. Right of the highway. Close to restaurants.

The only complaint I have is that, they chargef me an extra night. I called the hotel and it got resolved.

The rooms were clean and well lit. The pool was clean and a nice size for our large group. The girls especially liked the volleyball net in the pool! The room had a nice large fridge with a freezer and a clean microwave.

The hot tub was a little too hot! Not all of the front desk staff were friendly. Had a problem with our key cards not working the second day when we were not checking out until the following day!
