Hampton Inn & Suites Boise/Spectrum

The staff was nice and the 24hour access to the pool and fitness center was unexpected but appreciated as it is sometimes hard to work within limited pool and fitness center hours of operation.

I was unable to do an early check in, so I waited until after 3pm to arrive. Upon arrival after 3pm my room was not available and I had to wait. I understand staffing shortages but other people were able to get to their room though arriving after me.

We stayed in a room with a loft, my granddaughters loved it! We also loved the pool and hot tub, they're really nice!

There was no bathtub in the room. The grout in the shower was dirty and old.

Needed a room for 7+ people. The suite had a king bed, two queens, and a sofa bed. Good breakfast. Pool and hot tub were large (pool was cold, but my kids swam anyway). Located next to a variety of restaurants.

I loved how clean the room was. After having a bad experience at another ?nice? hotel, I always check the bed before getting in. Most everything was spotless. I loved getting a text from the front desk after check in!

The bathtub had some hair in it that I cleaned out so my kids could bathe. Not a huge deal but kind of gross.

Front desk were very friendly.

Table was dirt and door. Checkout person. Guy did not listen well. He was too busy.

The pool being open 24 hours and heated. Very kid and family friendly! I loved there was a hotel room large enough for my family without having to get two rooms!

I felt like they turned the heating off on the pool when there wasn't as many guest staying. The pool was wonderful over the weekend but once Monday came around it was no longer warm. I understand that it costs to heat the pool but a bummer when that why

This is a great place to stay and very conveniently located in Boise Idaho especially to the freeway and restaurants.

I wish they served bacon for breakfast more days of the week.

Fast, courteous check-in and our. Great selection for breakfast buffet. If we wanted to use a pool (hotel¿s is currently under construction), gave us passes to nearby hotel (Hilton) pool.

Nope. Everything was great.

Everything was very clean , spacious, and updated. Property is close to lots of restaurants and the Spectrum. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, staff the room

I like the hotel besides the sheets looks like not clean found some hair and stain. Floor is not clean it doesn't smell bad but it doesn't smell clean.

I liked the extra bedroom with closing for.

I chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub but the website didn't mention that it was under construction. I could have went to a number of other hotels if I would have known. I felt deceived. I should have gotten some refund.

Wish the pool would have been running.

To know that the pool was getting g remodeled!!! They did offer the Hiltons pool but kinda a pain to drive back and forth

Quiet, ground floor room with interior door. Card readers worked flawlessly. Clean room, LOTS of usb/power outlets. Check-in was easy, check-out too. Large shower (no bath) with hot water.

Toilet was low to the ground and did not flush easily. Wish breakfast times were listed on the website -- I didn't feel like wandering down the hallway just to find out (sign on the door was small and staff didn't let us know time on check-in).

Rooms and hotel in general were very clean, staff was friendly.

Breakfast was a little lacking. The egg omelet was overcooked so it was very dry. But for what it is it was ok.

First off I booked a King Bed Suite. They gave me a queen bed suite with a loft. No biggie but the room was disgusting. Dried ketchup all over the floor, empty bottles throughout.

I loved pretty much everything. The 12 pm checkout is so very nice. The 24 hour pool is unheard of. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. And the cleanliness and decor were excellent, making it all very comfortable.

This will come off as very nitpicky, and it's not unique to this hotel, but why the light switch is ever on the outside of the bathroom is beyond my comprehension. Any hotel designers reading this: put the swtich on the inside of the bathroom, please. ¿¿

It was very clean. The pool was awesome and the continental breakfast was great.
