The room was nice.

It mess like cigarettes in the room and I had non smoking room

Wonderful desk clerk , she was the 1 gem in that location. I hope she gets a pomotion she was wonderful Blackfoot could learn something from her

On check in eas greated with rudeness from a male clerk, i asked if my room could be on the 1st floor due to being disabled , he said he would not accomodate. Im not a smoker and he wouldnt chage me to a non smoking room . Andtold me i needed to wait

Everything. terrible location I had a view of a pal yard, which is a fire hazard. Breakfast was terrible terrible. The only thing that was OK was the staff.

Some homeless people walking around but didn’t cause bothered anyone

Very clean, quiet and pleasant staff.

I would say the lighting in the bathroom just wasn't bright enough.

This hotel was perfect for this price point and for a quick weekend trip to see family. The lobby and hallways had a smell to them (you could tell not all rooms are non-smoking), but the room didn't smell and was comfortable. Just fine for a quick stay.

Check the satellite map before you go...entry is a little weird.

Rooms were clean and somewhat up to date.

Stayed for a week and they did not come clean the day I had not put out the do not disturb sign. Continental breakfast wasn?t great. Halls and lobby smelled weird and were dilapidated. Needs to be remodeled.

Location, gym access and pet friendliness

Clean room in good repair. Large frig with freezer.

A little pricey but the best price in area 2 floors no elevator. Not easy to get to. Thru shopping center parking lots.

Comfortable bed, great location. Staff was great.

It was a little difficult getting to the hotel . I had intentions of going to the fitness center but was deterred because it was across the parking lot from the hotel

Kind of hard to get to even though it is right off the fwy, not enough hot food at the continental breakfast

Location as it was in Blackfoot. However it was very hard to get to. Have to drive through two different parking lots to get to hotel.

The room did not sleep 5 as advertised. Staff was rude and unfriendly.

Continental breakfast only had carbs no yogurt or eggs or protein that I saw. I did not inquire about other choices. Ate a piece of bread.
