Hampton Inn & Suites Sioux City/South

Location was great, and very clean and comfortable

My shower was clean but falling apart. There was stuff coming off the wall and the shower head looked bad like it should be replaced.

Breakfast was very good.

My Back did not like the bed for some reason. Normally I use Hampton in because of the beds.

The slide at the pool for my kids was a hit. I liked the room set up and lots of outlets!

Beds were too firm for my liking and only one kind of pillow that was unsupportive. A mix of firm and soft would have been nice

Room had a very strong smell of odor neutralizer. Once it wore off there was a smell of animal urine. Window does not open. Pink residue around the base of the toilet. Poor quality pillows, staff at front desk refused our request for more/better pillows.

The 3-10PM shift was exceptionally helpful. This was the time we were there the most. Anything we asked for was taken care of promptly. It is so nice to have this type of reception at this hotel. Thanks again. Breakfast was good as well as the coffee.

I do not like firm mattresses so, I was uncomfortable sleeping and woke up with backaches. The breakfast choices were OK. The pool water was salty. It was weird.

Room was dirty ¿ found women¿s used underwear in bathroom ¿¿ help did nothing when I reported it..! I am especially upset as I am battling cancer as well and this is during COVID cleanliness !!! Sorry to have to report this situation ¿.

The pool was closed which was disappointing to the kids and there was a dirty sock at the foot of the bed but other than that it was a good stay.

Brand new, super nice, modern hotel. Awesome and comfy beds! Yummy breakfast! Coffee/Tea and fruit available all day in the lobby!
