Location was the only thing

All amenities where shut down , ice machine was down , place was a mess and they placed us in a room next to where they where doing construction. When asked to have our room moved they said no. Manager would not speak to me about refund or discount.

They need new luggage carts, and there was no art in our room just holes in the wall, but...they are remodeling and it was clean.

The bed was amazing! Best night of sleep ever in a motel!

No sign out front, so we drove past and had to turn around and look around to find it. Also, with the renovations that were going on, the carpets and walls were quite dingy.

Nothing, There was no one to check us in. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to come to the desk after a note said be back in 10 minutes.

Very unclean! Couldn't take my eyes if the ceiling in the room because it looked like it was going to fall on us! Cracked peeling, holes in walls, mold everywhere.smelled BAD! It was so late and we were so tired we layed on the bed trying to sleep.

Kuerig coffee in the lobby (nothing in the room)

Room was dirty. TV didn't work. Bar and restraunt were closed for 2 seperate reasons. Pool was closed. Fitness room was closed. IHOP next door was reopened the day I was there. The only good thing about this stay. Sad huh?

Pool and spa was closed Smoke alarm was beeping, staff told me to disconnect it. Shower water was ice cold (no hot water)

When I arrived I scheduled room with two queen beds , but upon checking in at 8:30 I was told they did not have any two queen bed rooms avalible only a king bed room , not what I reserved . Un acceptable. Not even a comp from hotel for the issue as a meal

There was no hot water to shower, never cleaned our room,a huge wind gust from the windows and was super cold from that

Cleanliness, we have a disgusting problem with our first room. They changed our room, but they need to inspect the rooms more often.

Hotel room had a refrigerator and HBO

Comforter had a crusty stain on it. The shower was old and the caulking was moldy and nasty. The pool and hot tub were out of service. In the morning when I went to take a shower, there was no hot, not even warm, water. Got a refund for the room at least.

Was not even able to check into our hotel. The front desk lady said they had an issue with burst pipes and that they did not have a room available. I never received a call or any other type of notification. This place looks horrible in person

Nothing, I didn't get to stay there because a water pipe broke and when I went to check in at 7:30 pm they said there were now rooms.

It would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know that I wouldn't have a room so I could work on getting another room somewhere else.

Old. Rundown. No pictures on the wall. Advertised a pool but the only thing in it was dirt. Hallway curtains looked like in a haunted house.
