    Pros +

    • It’s off the beaten path, with a cornfield directly behind the property. Very quiet. Smells great.
    • Large room
    • The best value in a hotel I have probably ever had. It far exceeded my expectations. The lady at the front desk was exceptional and so was the room. Newer carpet, the sheets may have been new and the bed was very comfortable

    Cons -

    • Requested first-floor room 20 minutes after check-in and was told it wasn't clean yet and come back in an hour; their guest laundry is paying them $10 to do and deliver it to you. Otherwise they'll tell you to go into town. No thanks.
    • The parking lot is in need of repair. No breakfast, but really not that big of a deal for me. The money you save in comparison to the one down the road priced more than twice as much go and have steak and eggs for breakfast, a nice lunch & dinner
    • Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never gotten a room on the 2nd floor until this stay. Was told I would need to go around to the back to get to my room. Let?s just say there are long term tenants that occupy the back units. It was scary.

    Clear television reception

Yes, bed linen cover with many old food stains, gave appearance of unclean room. I told Inn associate on entry, she should have changed bed cover that day or next, it was not changed out

    Large room. Nice drapes.

Very dirty hair dryer. Coffee maker did not work. Weeds present in cracks of sidewalk in front of room door. No curb appeal. Could not find an ice machine. Cover over stool tank did not fit. They offered breakfast in booking, but not reality.

    Steady setup and spacious

Exhaust fan in bathroom needs to be replaced

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-2-2020

Room was outdated, but clean and large.

There are a large number of rooms that are being used by people that live there long term.VERY noisy. People yelling, cussing, playing music loudly.

    2Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-13-2018

It didn't leak when it was raining

Where do l start? The place is in the middle of nowhere. Room wasn't clean, no staff, absolutely NO breakfast, not even any coffee. The worst!

    3Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-20-2017

I did not like this hotel.

Very dated. End of bed was 15 feet from the tiny TV. Bedding was past its prime. Carpet was stained, but about as clean as they could get it. Room WAS huge, seems like it might have been an extended stay room. Beer sales in the lobby.

The front desk lady was very friendly

Went to call front desk and didn't wanna touch phone it was so dirty. The rest of the room fairly clean. It looked like someone vomitted on the phone and was never cleaned, and dirt all over it. I couldn't connect to wifi in my room, weak signal

Price and friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom not clean enough for me. Not horrible, but definitely not good either.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-17-2017

Price - BUT I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED FOR ANOTHER ROOM GIVEN TO ME AT NO COST FOR ANOTHER EVENING, BECAUSE THE DOOR LEADING TO THE OUTSIDE WOULD NOT LOCK. ALSO I COULDN'T FIND THE WOMAN WHO HAD BEEN AT THE FRONT DESK SO SHE COULD HELP ME.VERY BAD SITUATION

My room #111 doesn't have a locking front door - that is the door that goes outside. I tried to lock it with no success. I went to the front desk & the woman wasn't there. I left the key & a note that I couldn't stay there by myself w unlocked door.

room was clean, lots of space, had working microwave, and refrigerator.. Direct TV, offered outstanding free breakfast... Since I go to work before 6am,staff got up early every morning to make sure I had a hot breakfast!

    2JamesPosted on: 7-7-2016

    Bedding and towels were clean

Room was filthy, foot prints in the carpet, stains on the walls, and a slight urine smell. Beds were worn out and need to be replaced. No extra security lock on the doors. Complimentary shampoo and lotion were half empty.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-22-2016

They were very accommodating as much as they were able. Keep up the renovation and it will be a very nice place to stay.

Still renovating. Room wasn't quite ready for occupancy.

The new management was absolutely fantastic. I have been to this hotel a year ago and it was complete garbage. Now it is a 2 to 3 star hotel. Incredible turnaround

    6RonaldPosted on: 5-13-2016

    Clean and price.

    No plastic key card.

    1DeanoPosted on: 6-13-2026

    Bad odor and bed bugs
