- Short on clean staff, unable to restock our towels
- Room with broken desk leg, furniture with good amount of scratches. Mismatched lamps, bathroom had garbage on floor. Outdated decor. Just tired looking.
- Everything...Wrong room type, Bugs in our bed, hairs in the food at breakfast, not clean at all.
