- Staff at the front desk was amazing!

- When you walk in the room, you immediately sense the smell of cleaning products, in a good way, so you know it's been cleaned (especially the bathroom) - the hardwood floors are a nice touch - everything is up to date and looks nice

- The hot tub's jets aren't strong enough...so it's more like sitting in a warm bath
- The hot tub wasn?t available, the guy at the front desk was rude, also I was charged extra for my children even though I have stayed here before and not been charged extra.
