the cleanliness, room size and breakfast variety. They had different choices daily

It was a Hampton, I¿ve stayed in better and worse.

Small but adequate room, bathroom was very small, no tissues in the room except for the bathroom. Lack of do not disturb signage in the room (corrected). They cater more to workers than tourists/visitors. It¿s quite evident!!

After checking in there was no microwave in room, I called front desk to request one but was rudely told no and come downstairs if I wanted to use a microwave. Which was very uncustomer service like

I selected this hotel because of the location and the pool, but after I had checked in and payed I was told that the pool was out of service and would not be available for the duration of my stay!! I feel that should have been mentioned upon arrival.

Clerk at front desk didn¿t seem to care that I had already paid with a different card, that was no longer in use. Instead of fixing the problem, she charged my new card again. The clerk that check me out had to fix the problem. Paid for king, got queen.

Staff was the best!!!! My daughter and I took my 2 yr old grandson to see family. We were concerned about safety after reading other hotel reviews. We felt very safe and comfortable our entire stay.

Hard to catch a cleaning lady to grab towels. Other than that awesome stay. Breakfast ladies were more than accommodating!! The gentleman who works days was friendly and very helpful.

The room and hallways smelled cleaned, the beds were comfortable, spacious bathroom, the staff were friendly !

Right next to construction and workers were so loud at 7am. Room and floor was not very clean.

Overall pleasant experience just want to suggest they use different duvet covers. Their blankets and towels are very scratchy and one of our towels had a yellow stain on it.

Great price, large rooms, convenient to everything, Breakfast was satisfying, and front desk was very professional.
