Quality Inn Stone Mountain

Would not recommend this hotel to no one, as soon I I got to the parking lot I knew it wasn’t gonna be good, I ended getting another hotel room at another hotel

It was nasty, lobby was nasty, room was horrible, broken bed, wholes and hairs on sheets, pillows were old and almost flat, room smelled moldy, it was a smoke free hotel and it smelled like marijuana everywhere,

The staff was good

There was roaches outside. The bathroom had cigarettes ashes, toilet had burns on it. The bed had blood on it. There was paper in the eye whole of the door.

The doors did not lock it’s urine on the ceilings the covers got holes in them it was trash on the floor staff satingon the stairs smoking weed check out at 11 they make u leave the room at 10:25 so they can have the room cleaned by 11 the toilets nasty

People hanging all out in front of hotel, talking loud, drinking and smoking weed

The cover had holes. Outside was extremely dirty with webs and a few junkies.

Not sure. In the mid night people was walked/shouted on corridor and so many noise/shouting came from neighbour rooms. Same experience was found one of the friend he was stayed same day.

The rooms smell smoke . But it said non smoking. Our Clothes/Pajamas smell

The hotel had trash sitting out for days, has sign in room saying that if you smoke in rooms you will be fined but the walls were YELLOW. I got no sleep because the man downstairs was playing loud music outside his room. people were smoking marijuana

Only the location

Room was dirty,the box spring was dirty,hole in the bathroom room wall stuff with paper,food only consist of pancakes and cereal, toilet works when it wanted too,the manger didn't seem to care,so I left early

They did give me another room after I couldn?t get the TV to work in the first room, but that took a couple hours for that to happen

The smell of marijuana was around a lot of the rooms. I think they were. I don?t they were dealing or just smoking in those rooms, but you could walk down the corridor and it was wreaking of pot.

Nothing, Although the hotel did offer a complimentary breakfast, we refrained from utilizing this service due to concerns about food safety arising from our observations.

We had reserved a non-smoking room with double queen-sized beds; however, we were assigned a room that lacked a smoke alarm and emitted the odor of smoke. Regrettably, the room was unclean, dust present, and the bed comforters and pillows were stained.

Ability to rebook up until say 21

Sheets burn holes, kicking us out after 21 days, not providing the option for housekeeping, stingy with toilet paper. Had a young last overdose on steps. Too much police activities.

It could have been a bit cleaner. You could tell the floors had not been marked in quite a long time thoroughly. There were holes in the walls where electrical work was not completed. They smoke alarm had been removed.

Nothing this place was disgusting

This place was a dump. There was urine on the walls. The bed was broken. There?s a giant cockroach oh, and a massive spider that tried to attack me in bed.

Your hotel bedroom is not clean the bed is old the mattress is old smelly dirty And the location parking lot it's dirty I seen a lot of dusty stuff, Need reinvent the hotel,

I did not like anything Especially the hotel manager overcharge the guest,

I did not like it. The room Smells like cigarette ? The front desk told me to change the room and it?s the same thing

The place is very unclean and it was unsafe with people outside smoking and arguing it wasn't a good environment it wasn't equipped to even take a bag to the room on the elevator which I am partially disabled

The hotel was bright and I couldn't get to my room this stinks in the outer room the man had the door locked after I went around there to see how I can access getting into the room it was a terrible

The guy that checked us in was friendly and helpful.

We felt unsafe. People up late at night talking outside. I didn't like walking down the tight walkway outside to get to the back steps. The first assigned room reeked of smoke. They immediately moved us to another room but the toilet was backed up.
