Hampton Inn Atlanta/Stone Mountain

didn't feel safe. Room door wouldn't latch or lock half the time and I was worried about my car getting broken into because of all the google reviews talking about that happening to them while staying here.

The television in our room would freeze every 3 or sooner minutes, every day of our stay, had to channel up and channel down all day just to try and watch anything. Informed front desk who stated it was the satellite and nothing they could do.

The hotel was great over all. The reception at check in was not friendly. All the other employees we encountered were great.

The receptionist and a sticky drink was spilled in one of the elevators and I think it was mopped with that same sticky substance it was like that the rest of our stay in that one particular elevator.

Always out of shampoo....no hand towels....Always an issue with the shower..... television kept freezing up or losing connection. Younger lady at the front desk is border line rude.

The Staff was really attentive and helpful.

My room wasn?t ready at check in nor was it the room I reserved.

It is in a very bad part of town. The hotel is old, dirty rugs, mold on the air vents. Poor water pressure, no vending machines, needs a major renovation. Very disappointed in this Hampton Inn.

The hotel pest came out on the second night that we stayed. We came back to the room to fine roaches in the bathtub and bed bugs were later found that night.

Just the bed

Carpet was Wet and it smelled the staff was just awful. The breakfast was awful. Everything was like oh nothing that much of a variety just very unpleasant and when you go up to talk to the staff at the front Dess, they really act like they didn¿t care.

The hotel was in a great locations and just minutes from the restaurants and shops in downtown Stone Mountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided by the hotel was really good they had an assortment of food.

Hotel needs more modern features soap that stays on the wall and breakfast needs to be more better eggs are ore made nasty Pattie¿s and no meat everyday Check in needs to be more clear

The place was very clean with great housptlility. The staff was respectful and communicate very well towards our needs and want. The place were safe to be with other location of activities and food places to eat.

The Morning Breakfasts were excellent. Additionally, the staff was very nice and generous. There are sanitation wipes and sanitation stations everywhere; so I felt very clean at the hotel. It¿s probably the best Hotel to stay at in Stone Mountain, GA.

I had a little difficulty finding the laundry room to wash my clothes.

Yes being charged a deposit with out knowing before I arrive was not prepared for the extra money took away from doing something else.

Location and hot breakfast in the morning

when we reach there at 6 pm, our rooms weren¿t ready so we had to wait about 25 minutes. I already requested an adjoining rooms since we had an elderly person with us. We did not receive adjoining rooms so I talked to front desk person Jamal Davis.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I¿m not a breakfast person so I can¿t comment on that. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The only thing is that the water was not as hot as I like it to be.

Nice staff

Not updated. Our bathroom sink faucet was hanging off the sink. We didn¿t arrive until 3:00 am so all I needed was sleep. The bed was comfortable, the room was unappealing & the sink was a problem

Staff was unengaged when we arrived. Took forever to check in. Sheets were on wrong or were the wrong size on bed, which made it virtually impossible to sleep.
