Our toilet overflowed even though we didn't do anything to cause it. When I told the front desk staff they said it happens and offered to bring me a plunger to fix it.

the chairs are very low and difficult tom get out of. sitting at the table for breakfast, im 5'7'', I felt like i was sitting in a hole,the table was hitting above my breast. Outside of that, great experience

This hotel provides exceptional hotel accomodations in comparison to even a 5 star hotel. The rooms are always clean, the bed comfortable and the complimentary dove toiletries and accessories provided is an added touch.Also, Amazing staff & free breakfast

A guest broke the rules by smoking in their hotel room. The hotel front desk was notified and tried to resolve by seeing what room the smoke was coming from. I had to put towels under the door to block the smell, versus doing a room change late at night.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is also very good the woman front desk in the afternoon is very kind

I came there with a limited supply of funds and was never told that I would have to pay a deposit as well. The Night Shift front desk person was no help at all.

Tv did not work. Had to visit the front desk several times to replace the remote to get it to work. Shower leaked at the hand spraying water out at you.

Great location to Stone Mountain. Really easy to go back-and-forth during the day. Easy drive to Six Flags for the day. Breakfast was very good. Everything was clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I called the front desk, at night, to request a bathtub stopper. I was told by clerk that he did not know where bathtub stoppers were.

Not enough light in the bathroom to apply makeup, etc. Need more instructions for the tv.

The staff was very nice,friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and you could get as much as you needed.¿¿ my grand children enjoyed the pool ¿¿¿¿¿

Everything is broken or hanging!!! From entry door hanging on hinges, shower faucets, caulking everywhere, stained chairs in lobby area, ¿etc!!!

Front desk rep was friendly and engaging. Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Location was great for me as it was close to an event I was attending and in an area that wasn't very busy. Great location, if you want a quiet area. Good breakfast.

Housekeeping makes sure you have towels and ask every day for room cleaning which is awesome. Also, they have full hot breakfast and my husband says the turkey sausage was very well cooked which is nice.

They require a 250$ deposit or incidental hold for stay which I was not made aware of during booking. Didn't like finding a towel on the mattress when we checked the sheets upon entering. Front desk says it may have been from cleaning the mattress?

Expensive for what we experience. Filthy room, sheets not change - has pubic hairs, very gross! didnt even offer to change it, we have to change it ourselves. With Covid, not recommended.
