Comfort Inn & Suites At Stone Mountain

NOTHING. Been here a month & everything is TERRIBLE

The staff that yells and bangs on my door because of their mistakes. The breakfast that comes with gnats, the broken elevators, the blood on the towels. The smelly carpets. The a/c that doesn’t work. The pool that doesn’t work. The washer/dryer.

Yes the room for starters had these mini size pillows not even a full standard pillow and then we asked her for more she said they don't have more the who was inoperative the staff was unfriendly the business center was not available to be used.

The staff was friendly. The location is excellent.

The hotel needs to be updated and remodeled. The carpet is dirty and hassan odor. The walls are dirty and the elevator as well.

It was in a convenient and quiet area

The hotel was NASTY! Dirty and absolutely disgusting. Trash on the floor under the bed and chair. Bathroom water for the sink was clogged so I couldn’t even wash my face or brush my teeth and leave the water running without it filling up.

The staff was so polite, except for the guy who accused me of asking for a lot of print jobs. He swore up and down it was me and it wasn't.

I was put in an ADA room and the shower was not cleaned well and there was mold on the ceiling.

This is definitely not a 2.5 star hotel

The AC only works when set to 60, the room smelled like mold, the toilets didn?t flush. They had a plumber come in to fix all toilets during our trip and ours continued to not flush. Room were not clean. Towels had stains, bedding ripped.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Lobby carpets and main staircase could use some shampooing. Overall a good experience.

The air conditioning didn?t work. The toilets didn?t flush well at all. The rooms were dirty.

Everything. I didn?t like that there was no air conditioning and that was not communicated on check in. The breakfast is crap and the coffee is worse. The hotel needs a makeover asap

Hotel looks and smells. They said I would be refunded my payment and I was still billed. In dispute now

The hotel and room was outdated and had a smell, the ac didn?t blow cool enough air so it was humid, there were stains on the ceiling, the front desk had to give me a new key daily because they kept not working

The hotel was conveniently located near Stone Mountain park.

The hotel was a very poor experience. The third floor was so hot and humid. Luckily the room AC worked. The bathroom was mildewed, the floor around the toilet was filthy, the room was abundantly dusty. The shower head was pink with mildew.

Clean rooms also bed is comfortable

The temperature of the pool was freezing and the guy at front desk said it¿s broken. So I told him they should tell people it¿s close instead of having someone go there to see it¿s way to cold.

It was around stores in diners

I stayed at this hotel two years ago it was a brand new hotel and I liked it. To my surprised the hotel has not be maintained as it should. The hotel looked like it been there 50 years when we got to the room the walls had cracks in them.I forfeit 2nd day

Access to enter property is horrible and the hotel seemed pretty clean but needs updates like elevator inside the room and the breakfast was very limited with choices to choose from

Toilet was broke and had to ask twice! But the second time nobody come and fix it ! Service was really bad.

Location

Everything besides the location¿ Pool was broke then the next day they opened it was freezing cold and dirty. Room wasn¿t cleaned properly when we checked in staff kept saying it wasn¿t anyone we could talk to

I loved the upkeep of the hotel it was very nice, the breakfast was perfect in the morning, and the pillows were comfortable.

My room could have been a little cleaner, the shower curtain had a little mildew on it and their was hair still in the shower. Also, it would have been nice to have a tv that I could logged into Netflix or something on for some extra relaxation.
