- Room was not really clean. Had to get card reset twice because it quit working.
- Hotel was filthy! I asked for new sheets because the sheets on the bed were covered in stains. Housekeeping came & replaced. I looked at them and they were covered in stains as well. I was told all there sheets were stained but had been washed?
- Filthy. 15 minutes for staff to arrive in lobby. Tv didn't work
