Refrigerator problem .? not cold .? milk went sour .? management never responded to my plea .? even though I?m a regular weekly stay person in ATL .? I will not return to this hotel

The AC wasn't working called and some one was supposed to come fix it but no one came it was 85 degrees in the room

The room was clean and the location is close to my work place. I like he big size refrigerator and mice mice microwave.

The stove wasn't working.

The staff is very nice, location to work is great, the layout of the room is perfect, and the price can¿t be beat at star rating.

The rooms that I have gotten have not been mopped prior to my arrival, atleast my floors should be cleaned. I mop the floors with a soapy wet towel as soon as I arrive. I wipe down all light switches, counter tops, toilet seat and fridge

The manager at this property is the best she really really do her best to make it home¿¿ as far as hotel employee in the office terrible attitude ¿. another hotel employee was amazing as well

Because I am only here for work, the location is great and the options and the options to do my laundry and cook an actual meal were within the closest reach than I could have ever expected.

Hotel charged me a $50 deposit, said my card would not be charged, it was charged $50 deposit. I call everyday and the hotel ignores my request.

Staff was very nice.

There was someone yelling in the parking lot at night. There was also a crashing sound later that night. My car was fine, but didn¿t feel safe. Room not ver clean.

The staff is willing to work with you on paying on time. However, they are nosey and not very good at housekeeping.

Too many people hanging around outside. Alot of strays around

The location

Didn¿t like the curtains with lots of holes. Garbage everywhere by the staircase . Room smelled like smoke. Fridge worked wee but was very old and rusty. The floors looks dirty as soon as you walk around on it. The entire place needs renovating.

The front desk associates were the best with great attitudes.

I extended my stay had been I same room for 3 weeks. Housekeeping never serviced me one time not even upon request. I just cleaned room and used personal linens.

Full fridge instead of the tiny one, breakfast table, stove top, kitchen sink. Staff was very helpful when we had a booking issue. Thanks

Was given keys to a room. Came back to the room and someone was in my room. Front desk was close

Room was a good size.

There were a few things I brought to the lead management and it was handled. I do feel that an incident that transpired could have been averted had the office informed me that the wifi info had changed from that posted on the refrigerator. Thanks M

The weather outside was nice

The receptionist sold/gave away my room to another guest because she assumed I wasn¿t coming after calling the hotel to confirm there was availability. Moreover, my room has a very strong smell of cigarettes and alcohol & there were bath towels.

Absolutely nothing Nada zip

The hotel is a Hell hole. I would call the police before I would recommend it to the Devil. Please, send someone there to see for themselves what I can't unsee. The front desk was very nice, cancelled the reservation. I was gone within 10 mins.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. It was "STINK" everywhere. They called before check-in and told me they were canceling my reservation. As it turned out the room I was given had live roaches. I have video & pics. I do want a refund of my $68.30

The room #167 that I was given had live roaches. I woke up after 1:00am to roaches crawling across the floor. I killed 2. I have a video to prove it. I showed them to the front desk the next morning. Mya said they will "spray the room" but kept my money.

Don't give you info on changing sheets & towels. Door isn't secure & allows dirt in room
