The ONLY thing I liked was it was next to the venue I was there to attend.

I travel frequently and have stayed at Home 2 hotels many times, in many different states … NEVER have I encountered one so dirty, or so disgusting. Had it not been for my late arrival, and its close proximity to the venue, I would have left immediately!!

Location and convenience. Room was great and the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast wasn't good. It was just ok. Not much of a variety and the food was cold

The breakfast was decent. The gym was clean and functional.

It was disgusting. So dirty! They didn't even have sheets for the pull out couch, so i jad to go downstairs to get them, and they ran out of pillows!

We loved that the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent.

Everything was great!!! I will be visiting again soon!!

Staff eas very friendly ans a kind

Hotel has a lot of potential location od great. A thorough cleaning would make it better...carpet in the room was sticky and gummy.

Not much

Broken bathroom dispensers, sticky room floor, bed sheets not well clean (yellow marks), when asked for more pillows they give me without covers (yellow pillows) I had to ask for covers. Not even water was free... breakfast not appetizing or times 6-9am

Front desk staff was pleasant .

Immediately after getting off elevator on 2nd floor the smell of drugs (weed) until you got midway down the hall every day. The phone in my room didn¿t work. The laundry that I passed in the hallway after checking in was there the following day.

Cleanliness and the staff were excellent. Especially the staff.

The bed is a little hard and sunken down on the side by the night stand. The couch is a little hard also.

The room was nice and pet friendly, the pet area and the front desk clerk that checked me in, tge parking area and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom counter had hair on it, didn't complain just wiped it off.

Everything else was phenomenal .. Bed felt like heaven.

My toliet was clean. I noticed the dark rings on the seat. I clean it myself before using but this just a heads up for next time.

The room was newly remodeled. Everything was very updated!

I did not like the bath towels at all!!! They were of a very cheap quality. They felt thin and rough.

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

The hotel was under going renovation and not very clean. Check in staff was friendly, check out staff (breakfast, and front desk), not so much.

Location. The breakfast was free but several of the items offered were not eatable. ie the egg sausage biscuit.

Staff was accommodating but not proactive. We had 4 people in our party and they only provided 2 towel setups. I asked for additional towels and told the desk why, the next day we still only had 2 towels and had to request additional towels and shampoo .

It was on renovation and they provided me with a room on the second floor which everything was old and dirty

The furniture in the room was updated and it was spacious.

The hotel was under renovation. I received a renovated room but could tell it was one of lesser quality. There was spackle on the wall it was a corner room with a flimsy lock and there were no trash cans.

Bed was comfortable

They are renovating this hotel which you should expect a little disorder but it is a dirty wreck! There were truckloads of junk in front of the hotel that had obviously been there for a while. The halls smelled like stale cigarettes. Stay away until done!

The location was convenient for me.

The entire hotel is being renovated which they didny say. It was dirty trash everywhere no amenities to use. The hotel looked horrible i was embarrassed to stay there. They need to be clear on renovations before people book i was not happy.

No hanging rods for clothes in the closet. The unpleasant ambiance due to construction work taking place. The extensive construction (remodeling) work should have been indicated prior to my reserving the room.

Hotel was under renovation and was lacking items like working ice machines and floors was dusty and had paint marks everywhere.
