The location.

The room had roaches and ants that appeared once I turned on the lights. Had to go back out and buy Raid to get rid of them and make none crawled in bed with me that night. Disgusting.

Nothing really

Stay was unpleasant. Started with a broken TV remote that took over an hour to get resolved. Charged $20 additional to extend for a 2nd day. Staff not friendly.

There are two front desk clerks who are nice. The maintenance man and the cleaning staff are nice as well. But, there is one really rude front desk clerk that even with a new ressie/extension, he makes you leave the room and then check back in

Yes, it's not well maintained. Alot of issues, even the elevator is broken.

Shower rod was coming down. I was killing roaches and finding dead ones.Microwave and frige was dirty! Sheets look loke someone been laying on bed. B

There was a big enough deal to move in front of the door for safety.

The bed linens, towels, microwave and counter were all dirty.

Stay was disagreeable, the bad shape the rooms are in, the attitude of the manager. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! if you stay and are not happy you're not getting your money back. Bring your own extention cord also. I also have pictures.

I didn't like anything best

The room had roaches in it. I then moved to a second room and the electrical from the light switch was hanging out, There was construction and painting debris around on the floor. The second room also had to live crawling roaches in the tub. SMH

Cheap

Very dirty bed was uncomfortable and people were loud

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything that I needed like towels or toilet paper bags for the trash cans if I ask for it the staff was there.?

The wifi

The staff they are very helpful to me and my needs, they don?t have an attitude at all, and best of all no roaches.

Slow WiFi

Dirty. Unsafe environment. Very unfriendly staff. Ice machine is in office far from rooms.

There was trash in the bathroom behind the door. Spiderweb in every corner. The bathroom sink faucet handle was broke and the shower head was barely screwed on.

The manager was polite

All I want is my money returned cause I had to go to another hotel cause of the bad service if nothing gets done about this or issues are resolved I am reporting this to corporate

The location was scary and there was no coffee maker or breakfast as avertised.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was filthy and I had to extend for an additional day. I went to make sure that the front desk seen my extension and was told that I had to check out at 11 remove my all my belongings and come back at 3. I¿ve never experienced that with any hotel.

parking was easy. room relatively clean

The room was relatively clean. The common areas were absolutely filthy. I was on the second floor and had to take the elevator. Absolutely filthy. The bed only had a thin top sheet and even thinner bedspread. Hard to keep warm.

Very small room, crammed feel, fridge was not working
