Almost everything. Floor was sticky, toilet not flushing, shower head not working. Worst stay i ever had in motel. Not picking any red roof stays anymore

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location that?s it.

Everything. The room was not clean. One tool of tissue that was already opened mind you we stayed here for a week. Kept having to go and get tissue from front desk. The ladies at the front are not very pleasant & the hotels overall just wasn?t ideal.

No bed covers, no towels, no trash cans .?

The roaches, it was dirty, floor was dirty, shower was dirty, shower had no shower curtain, no pillows

The location was excellent.

It was loud during the day with children running and playing on the balcony. The room had roaches, the tub was so and the toilet did not flush. The office is close on Sunday.

The location near downtown Norcross is ideal.

This is a nightmare of a motel and it is not habitable for people. All the rooms reek of smoke and the rooms are not clean. The A/C did not work, furniture was broken, fire alarm was disabled, TV was missing, mold on the walls. AVOID a all costs!

I have wrote many reviews about this trip. So in a nut shell, this place is infested with cockroaches and spriders. They didnt clean the rooms to begin with or throughout our week stay. The ac smelled like mold. Looking for a room look else where !

Location

Dirty room, broken toilet, broken TV, no shower curtains, broken light on microwave & kitchen sink leaked

The only good thing about this hotel it's the location.

The room didn't have toilet paper, no hot water on the shower the smoke detector was broken and there were some cockroach in the kitchen.

the price was reasonable

two things (1) When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel office (where new arrivals come to get their keys), the door was locked. I had to wait almost 20 minutes outside. (2) I woke up at 10pm to find large roaches running around the floor!! I had to leave

There was no soap, no toilet tissue, no trash can and the mattress was awful to sleep on. considering the traffic in the Atlanta area, this hotel was too far from the City and required extra commute time to get into the City of Atlanta

It was cheap but you get what you pay for! Cable Ana WiFi worked fine. Refrigerator and stove was also in room. No carpet all hard flooring was a plus.

The hotel is in a ghetto area. It can be beautified but the location is runned down. Also the lobby hours are horrible. If you check in after 7pm, its a ghost town. Don''t bring kids to this hotel. Room smelled like smoke but was clean

It's in a great location in downtown Norcross

It's a dump really. The rooms are overpriced for what you get. The kitchenette is awful and there are no utensils, pots & pans, etc.

That there was a laundry facility on site. And it was in a great area.

The rooms were not clean, i had a leak in my AC unit, i was switch to a upgraded room which also had a leak...water was soaked into the carpet. Roaches in my room and spiders, kids running down the breeze ways. I could not wait until my week ended.

The hotel is filled with druggies who live there permanently. The stench of weed is overwhelming and police do nothing about it.

Charming historic Norcross neighborhood. Comfortable residential feel. HDTV and programming. High speed wifi internet worked smoothly. Full-size fridge looked new.

Firehouse nearby does not need to use sirens after 11pm. Same goes for nearby train track and the random horn. Mattress was of poor quality, but sleep was still good. In need of minor repairs related to paint and shower curtain.

It was in a nice location

Everything. Hotel was dingy, dirty, the light switch and thing to turn on the shower was broken, its listed as an extended stay but no pots pans or silverware in room, walls are paper thin, dead roach babies in mini fridge, etc etc. terrinle experience

The room was like falling apart and the bed sheet very old and dirty.

I found this hotel at the cheapest price, and booking the room was easy. What I liked best: - Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. - The location / area was nice and quiet, which made me feel safe. - The overall room was clean and met expectations.

Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like (or needs improving). What I didn't like: - The air conditioner was not working properly (this needs to be top priority). - The small refrigerator had to be moved to another outlet to work.
