This place is not like a hotel People are living there. Everybody is in front of their doors. There was a fight atv 4 am in the morning. I could't sleep the whole night. Very bad.

One towel; One Pillow, One sheet; Sticky counters; Entire room smelled like smoke, still on all my clothing.

Microwave did not work. Refrigerator did not work. Toilet was stopped up. It flushed barely.

It had bugs and was messy poorly maintained

When I complained about my room during checkout, I was threatened with bodily harm by an employee of hometown suites. The manager of the Norcross south location allowed her employee to physically threaten me with bodily harm

It was quiet

The room had roaches I had to keep all of my food wrapped up tightly and it smells like roach spray

It was quiet and private.

No access to any vending machines after 7 p.m.

The hotel was semi clean But they have roaches and the floor was dirty

All of the employees were super nice except the on-site manager.

TV was falling off the wall, floors had a cm of dust& dirt,the comforter had cig. burns& stains, Stove burners didn't work, no hot water for 4 days & we were told to leave the rm for hrs so they could treat the ¿¿ problem on my ¿¿ w/o giving me an alt rm

They waved my deposit. I had to clean the room floor about 5 times before i could invite my kids over. Please comp me some free nights in a cleaned room so i can spend some time with my kids. ask them can I work as a manientance man and. ot be homeless.

super dirty floors. walk way outside was horrible to the point that it seemed it had poop smeared on walk ways. I can pressure wash those areas for a month free rent. please contact management. me or no other families and ther kids should deal with that.

1st room window tape up seemly from a break in. 2nd room crime scene, door busted in possible robbery or police. Door freshly attempted paste, wood spatter from break in still on floor , lock hanging off doorknob

Left the property ASAP and manager signed refund for $263.80.

It was a bit cheaper than other motels nearby.

It is dirty. No cleanliness. There is trash everywhere on the stairs, parking lot, and balconies etc. There are no paper towels in the room. There was no trash can in my room. The AC was making a lot of noise and disturbed our sleep.

The room I got was not what I expected. The pictures in the website was deceiving. It was dirty, sockets did not work, one pillow to a bed, beddings were dirty, bathroom was dirty. Door was cracked and pushed open by force. Renovation or closure neede

They wouldn't let me check.

The lobby was locked and the guy I had to call didn't have any access to the computer system. So, I had to book another hotel and catch another Uber there.

Hotel room is dirty, it looks like it has been months since it was broomed. Room smells like ashtray Wires hanging out from outlets Shower room floor painted ans peeling Roaches all over the place Furnicher (table and chair) are from Good will No TV

Mold in the room. Room had not been clean before check in. Checked us in a room a family was already using. Keys didn't work so we could access the room. The room we got the light switches didn't work. No towels, chair, microwave, or stove top. Hair ever

Hotel employee was invaluable. I never even met another member of the staff until I checked out. He was unfailing in providing every need I had, from a TV remote that worked, to a heater that worked, to activating my key when it failed to work. Hotel empl

The room does not quite a bit of maintenance work. However, as a USAF officer doing his duty nearby, it was fine. Very quiet with nobody bothering me.

We had no heat and it was freezing outside and the bed was falling apart. The management did NOTHING!

Absolutely nothing

Everything was dirty. The sink and bathtub flooded my room. Dust was visible everywhere. The pillows were dirty.
